The Last Will and Testament
of
Drucilla Austin (widow)
26 Summer Street.

In the name of God Amen. I, Drucilla Austin, widow of William Austin, in full possession of my mental faculties (for which God be praised) make this my last will and testament.
That is to say:- I render my soul to HIM who gave it, in the hope of a happy resurrection, the forgiveness of my sins and a place in Paradise, through His Mercy.
Item.
I give and bequeath to my son, Eric Austin, my house, and all the contents thereof, actuated by a sense of Justice and gratitude for all the favours and assistance which he has rendered me during his whole life. This is my last will and testament and I feel happy in this hour that I can make this small return for all the affection and benefits that I have received from my dear son.
In witness thereof I herewith subscribe my name.
