Will of Isabella Auchinleck In re THIS is the last Will and Testament of me, ISABELLA AUCHINLECK, of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow. I appoint my friend, John Davey, of St. John’s aforesaid, Contractor, sole executor of this my last Will and Testament. I will and bequeath to Lily Cull all the furniture and fittings in my front room; also my chest of drawers, looking glass, Washstand, hall stand, centre table, and bed and bedding. I will and bequeath all the residue and remainder of my estate and effects to my son, James Auchinleck. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s aforesaid this day of June, Anno Domini One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty.
SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the said Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in her presence, at her request, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
