THIS is the Last WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, Thomas Armstrong of St. John's in the dominion of Newfoundland Machinist made this 15^th day of March A.D. 1920.
I hereby revoke all former wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
I hereby appoint my wife, Margaret Armstrong to be the sole Testatrix of this my will.
I direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
I give devise and bequeath my house No. 110 Circular Road and all my other property, real and personal to my wife.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above written.
