Will of Winifred Mary Ardagh In re This is the last will and testament
of me Winifred Mary Ardagh formerly of 11 Iverna Gardens Kensington in the
County of London but now of 8 Church Street in the City of Bath Spinster Whereas
under and by virtue of the Will of my late mother Frances Jane Proctor
Ardagh and also under the Will of my father the late General
Richard Draper Ardagh I have recently become entitled to a share of the estate of my said Mother
and also upon the death of my said mother to a share in the estate of my said
father. Now I give devise and bequeath all the capital (other than accumulations
of income) and investments to which I have recently become entitled under the
said wills to Harrop William Abel Harrison and my sister Alice
Lanphier Ardagh or the survivor of them and the heirs executors and administrators of such
survivor and his or her assigns hereinafter called my said Trustees Upon trust
that my said Trustees shall sell call in and convert into money all such parts
of the said capital and investments as shall not consist of Trustees authorized
investments and after payment thereout of all duties payable on my death in
respect thereof shall invest the same in securities authorised for the investment
of trust funds and shall divide the whole of such investments into four equal
parts and shall pay the income arising from one of such one fourth parts to
my sister Janet Prudence Bone for and during the term of her natural life and
upon her death shall pay and divide the said one fourth part of the said investments
unto and equally between my niece Una Barbara Harrison and my nephews William
Ardagh Harrison and Richard John Harrison and shall pay the income of another
one fourth part of the said investments to my sister Alice Lanphier
Ardagh for and during the term of her natural life and upon her death shall pay and
divide the said one fourth part of the said investments unto and equally between
my said niece and nephews and shall pay the income of another one fourth part
of the said investments to my sister Edith Harriet Gabarian Furber for and
during the term of her natural life and upon her death shall pay and divide
the said one fourth part of the said investments unto and equally between my
said niece and nephews and as to the remaining one fourth part of the said
investments to pay the income thereof to my sister Una Frances Harrison for
and during the term of her natural life and upon her death shall pay and divide
the said one fourth part of the said investments unto and equally between my
said niece and nephews (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
