Will of Innocent Antinori from Newfoundland will books volume 7 page 252 probate year 1903
This name is spelled Antinori in the will index, and Antinory in the will.

Last Will of Innocent Antinory late of
St. John's, Gardener, deceased.

      This is the last will and testament of me Innocent Antinory of St. John's.
Firstly It is my will and desire that my executor hereinafter appointed shall first pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses.
Secondly I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary Antinory my dwelling house and premises situate in Dunphy's Street in St. John's together with the furniture therein for and during her lifetime and after her death to my two sons Andrew and Denis and my granddaughter May Nugent share and share alike.
Thirdly I give and bequeath the amount of my insurance policy with the Star of the Sea Association to my daughter Mary and my granddaughter May Nugent, after the payment of my debts share and share alike
Fourthly I hereby appoint Edward M. Jackman executor of this my last will
And I hereby revoke all other and former wills that may have been made by me. Dated at St. John's this 8th day of January A.D. 1902. Innocent his x mark Antinory -
Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses. Having been first read over & explained. H. J. Cochrane. F. J. Morris.

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will of Innocent Antinory
