William Anthony.

In the name of God, AMEN.

I, William Anthony, of Kelligrews, in the Electoral district of Harbour Main, Farmer, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make and devise this my last will and testament. I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispensations made by me at any time heretobefore made and declare this to be and contain my last will and testament.
In the first place I will and bequeath to my Son, Andrew, the whole of my property, including dwelling house, farm, cellar, and outhouses, land, cattle, chattels and everything that I possess, excepting what is hereinafter mentioned.
To my son Solomon, I give and bequeath that piece of land known as "up to pond Garden" that was left to him by his grandparents, but it is understood that in the event of my son Solomon desiring to dispose of this property he is to give his brother Andrew the chance to purchase it.
To my son, Robert, I give and bequeath a piece of land sufficient for a building but not to exceed forty (40) yards square, and situated on that piece of land north of my house, bounded on the north by Jas Bishops land, and on the East by land owned by Charles Dawe.
The balance and residue of my property as stated above is to become the property of my son, Andrew, to have and to hold free from encumbrances, for his heirs, successors and assigns forever.
Nothing that is contained in this said will is to become effective until after my death.
In witness whereof, I hereby set my hand and seal this 25th day of July, Anno Domini, nineteen hundred and twenty.
