ANSTEY.
I Eli Ansty of the town of Garnish. Knowing the uncertainties of this mortal
life and being of sound mind and will do make my last will and testament in
the forms and manner following.
1. I give and bequeath to my son James Ansty of Garnish my dwelling house furniture
and all things appertaineth thereto.
II. I give and bequeath to the above named James Ansty all my land cattle and
out-houses that I possess.
In token whereof I do appoint James Ansty to be my executor and I trust that
he will carry out the provisions of this my last will and testament and accordingly
do now place my Signature on this twenty fifth day of March in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred & twenty four.

Subscribed by the testator in the presence of each of us & at the same
time declared by him to us as his last will and testament.

our hands this twenty fifth day of March A.D. 1924.
