Will of John Angel

In re
John Angel deceased.
I, John Angel, of Liberty, Sullivan
County, New York being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and considering
the uncertainty of this life, do make, publish and declare this to be my
last will and Testament as follows, hereby revoking all other and former
wills by me at any time made.
First, after my lawful debts are
paid, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Jane Angel, one third of all
my property of every kind, both real and personal, absolutely, and in lieu
of dower.
Second.- all the rest, residue and remainder of my
Said estate I give, devise and bequeath to our children Annie,
Jennie, Willie, Mabel, Ethel, Marion and Gladys, share and share alike, and the
child or children of any child, that may be dead shall take the parent’s
share.
Third. - I authorize my Executor and Executrix hereinbelow
named to sell and dispose of any or all of my real estate as they shall
see fit or deem best.
I hereby appoint my wife, Jane Angel, and
William H. Sheridan of New York City, New York to be Executors
of this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof, I have hereunto
subscribed my name, and affixed my seal, the 13th day of September in the
year one thousand nine hundred and four. (signed) John Angel (seal) Subscribed
by John Angel the Testator named in the foregoing will in the presence
of each of us, and at the time of making such subscription, the above instrument
was declared by the said Testator to be his last will and Testament, and
each of us, at the request of said Testator and in his presence and in
the presence of each other, signed our names as witnesses thereto.
