      This is the last will and testament of me, William Andrews, of Newtown Bonavista Bay; I give and bequeath my whole Estate to my wife, Ann Andrews, to be held by her unreservedly until her death at which time my whole Estate is to come into the possession of my son Francis Andrews and his heirs witness my hand this sixth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five    William Andrews     In the presence of us    T.
