Will of William Andrews from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 529-530 probate year 1891 Last will and Testament This is the last will and testament of me William Andrews of Harbor Grace in the Island of Newfoundland, Planter, I give devise and bequeath all my property both real and personal of which I may die possessed to my wife Ann Andrews to be held and enjoyed by her during the term of her natural life. After the decease of the said Ann Andrews my said wife I give, devise and bequeath all my household furniture and personal property to my son William Andrews for ever and I give, devise and bequeath all my lands, houses and other real property and chattels, whether in possession, reversion, remainder or expectancy to my sons Stephen Andrews John Andrews and the said William Andrews their heirs and assigns for ever share and share alike And I hereby nominate and appoint my said sons executors to this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eighteenth day of April A.D. one thousand eight hundred and sixty five. William Andrews Signed published and declared by the said testator William Andrews as and for his last will and Testament in presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each of us have hereunto set our names as witnesses William Martin Henry Stowe.
