      PHOEBE ANDREWS.          DECEASED.

I Phoebe Andrews of St. John’s Newfoundland Spinster, do declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

I give and bequeath to my Brother Keneth Andrews all, and everything that I may be possessed of. And I hereby appoint my said brother to be my sole Executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I now subscribe my hand this twenty first day of May A.D. One thousand nine hundred and twenty five at St John’s Newfoundland
