Will of Mary Andrews from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 590 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. In the name of God Amen. I Mary Andrews widow of the late Robert Hartland Andrews being of sound mind and disposition hereby make this to be my last will and testament. I give and bequeath all my land house and other property left me by my late husband to my son Henry also the Gull Pond Mine shares to him and all other property I may possess of any kind to him his heirs, executors or assigns for ever. I
give and bequeath any cash that I may have left in the Bank or elsewhere to
be equally divided between all my children viz: Bert, Max, Henry and
Hilda,
and I hereby appoint my son Henry Executor to this my will. In witness whereof
I hereby affix my signature this sixth day of December one thousand nine hundred
and twenty eight. CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
