Will of Robert Anderson In re I Robert Anderson of Battle Harbor, Labrador, trader, do hereby make and declare this to be my last will and testament Firstly, I direct payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses with all convenient speed after my decease and subject thereto, I give, devise, and bequeath all my property of whatever nature or kind I die possessed unto my daughter Mary Sophia Anderson, now residing in Montreal And I direct my executors to realize my property and transmit the balance to my said daughter Mary Sophia Anderson- I appoint Frank Lewis of Battle Harbor and John Ryme Merchant of St. John’s to be joint executors of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twelfth day of October A.D. 1913. Robert Anderson. Signed by the above named Robert Anderson the testator, as and for his last will and testament who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Herbert E.
