Will of Ellen Allen In re Saint Johns Nfld. April 27th 1876 This is my last will and testament, I hereby leave all my property of every kind including household furniture and all monies due to me for rents or otherwise after the payment of all my lawful debts, to my daughter Ellen Meehan to be used by her during her lifetime for the benefit of herself and the remainder of my children and grandchildren, and at her death to be equally and equitably divided for the benefit of all my children my grandchildren, the children of deceased sons and daughters receiving their fathers or mothers portions Ellen Allen witnesses Anne Mahony Jane Tavasier Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
