Last will and Testament of
Sarah Ainsworth of Trinity N.D.
Widow deceased

      I Sarah Ainsworth of Trinity in the Northern District of Newfoundland widow do hereby make my last will and Testament. I give devise and bequeath to Robert Facey of Trinity aforesaid. Mariner, in Trust for my daughter Sarah Ainsworth all my share in the property estate monies and effects of my late husband John Ainsworth and everything that I may be possessed of at the time of my death, the same to be held by the said Robert Facey his Executors administrators and assigns in Trust as aforesaid for the use benefit and advantage of the said Sarah Ainsworth during her natural life - and after her decease all my said property estate and effects is to be equally divided amongst my surviving children share and share alike -    In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland this eighth day of October A.D. one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven. (Sgd) Sarah her X mark Ainsworth (LS) Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of the said Sarah Ainsworth who in our presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our hands as witnesses on the day and year and place first above written, the same having first been read over and explained.
