Will of Charles Adams, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 161 probate year 1930

IN RE.                    DECEASED

CHARLES ADAMS

In the name of God Amen.

I Charles Adams of Pennywell Road St John's do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament. First I will and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid after my death. Second. I give devise and bequeath to my two sons James P. Adams and William F. Adams all my land and house thereon situate on Pennywell Road adjoining the property of Philip Hutchings Hudson J.M.K., B.R.J. provided however that my wife Mary Ann Adams and my daughters Marion Hilda and Barbara shall have the right to a home there until they marry or die. Third. I give devise and bequeath my land on Pennywell Road situate about three miles from St John's and adjoining Parsons property and containing about six acres to my sons James P. Adams and William F. Adams to be equally divided between them.
Fourth. I hereby appoint my sons James P. Adams and William F. Adams to be the executors of this my will.
