Note: Little Heart's Ease Several times, including entries in the Encyclopedia of Newfoundland and Labrador, I have seen Heart's Ease equated with Little Heart's Ease. Nothing could be more incorrect! The original Heart's Ease would closer be identified with today what is known locally as Heart's Ease Beach. Nobody has lived there for many decades. The closest, in both proximity and story, community to Heart's Ease was/is Gooseberry Cove, Trinity Bay. The community of Little Heart's Ease is several kilometers away.
