St. David's Church office is open from Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, but the archival collection is accessible only by appointment with the volunteer archivist. Photocopying facilities are subject to the availability of staff and facilities. Some materials may not be photocopied for reasons of privacy or for conservation. The Archives consists of documents, birth, marriage, and death records, a few artifacts and a small photograph collection relating to the congregation. There is also a very small collection of documents relating to other Congregational churches on Random Island, Lance Cove, Rendell Harbour, Smith Sound and Twillingate. It's main treasure is "The John Jones Journal, " a journal of the early history of the congregation. An inventory of the collection is available to researchers.
