St. Clare's School of Nursing Archives / Museum

The Archives/Museum is open daily Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, but the archival collection is accessible only by appointment with the archivist. The Archives is closed in July. Photocopying and reproduction of photographs may be ordered at cost. Some materials may not be available for reproduction for reasons of conservation or of privacy.

The Archives collects material relating to St. Clare's School of Nursing and its graduates, and a small amount of material relating to the history of St. Clare's Mercy Hospital. These include, photographs, slides, published materials, theses, paintings and drawings, microfilm, videotapes, diaries and manuscripts. The collection contains more than 700 linear feet of material. Indexes have been prepared for the collection. These are available to researchers.
