Calendar of State Papers, domestic series, of the reign of Charles II, 1660-1685:

1666 Nov 30, West Cowes, John Allen, Merchant of London. For a warramt to the Commissioneres for Prizes to permit him to purchase the Alcida of Amsterdam, or the Erasmus of Rotterdam, laden with salt, he requiring such vessels for his fishing trade in Newfoundland.
