Dennett Nicholas s of Nicholas D late of Southton seaman to John Bickonell of Old Pelican in Newfoundland planter for 10 yrs to teach him the art or trade of fishing. App to have at end double apparel and one kentell of fish. Mr signs by mark. Wits: Thomas West, Nicholas Freind. 4 Jun 1669.
