Lloyd and Doris Butt are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Dawn Angelina to Marcus Taylor Leja, son of Gunar and Sandra Leja of St. John’s. The wedding took place July 19, 2008, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Corner Brook. Sherrie Dogurga, sister of the bride was matron of honor, other bridesmaids were Katherine Noseworthy, Michelle Fitzsimmons, and Christa Simmons, friends of the bride. Groomsmen were Tim Johnston, best man, Simon Story, Steve Gruchy, friends of the groom and Nicholas Leja, brother of the groom. Ring bearers were Ethen and Legen Butt, nephews of the bride. A dinner and dance was held at the Pepsi Centre with Dr. Sheldon Butt, brother of the bride as MC. The happy couple reside in Calgary, and will enjoy a honeymoon vacation in the Dominican Republic.
