CONDON, Josephine (nee Furlong) of Calvert
Passed away suddenly at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital in St. John's on Saturday, Nov. 18, 1995, aged 74 years. Predeceased by her husband Frank; son Ray; parents: Will and Jose; sister Mary; brothers: Jack, Phil and Eric. Leaving to mourn with loving and wonderful memories, five children: Ernest (Eileen) Harte, Labrador City, Lorraine (John) Croft, St. John's, Marie (Danny) O'Keefe, Ferryland, Francis (Annette) Godin, Port Coquitlam, B.C., Sheila (Tom) Costello, Labrador City; 19 loving grandchildren: Elana, Elisa, Erica, Edward, Ernest Condon, Julie, Jason, Stephen, and Leigh-Anne Croft, Danielle, Regan, Andre O'Keefe, Angela, Mathew, Mark and Greg Condon, Katie, Sarah, Andrew Costello; also special sisters and brothers-in-law: Mary Furlong, Ferryland, Kevin and Harriet Condon, Bridie Condon, Robert Ledwell, Calvert, Pat and Anna Condon, Goulds, Agnes and John Bolas, Whitby, Ont.; as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Remains resting at Fahey's Funeral Home, Fermuse beginning 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov 19. Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Calvert at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador, P.). LAWLOR, Harold
Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family on Nov. 18, 1995 at Hoyles Home, Harold Lawlor of Cappahayden, age 79 years. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 53 years, Carmel (Squires); three daughters: Justina (Frank) Fleming, Harbour Grace; Mary (Llew) Dicks, Aylmer, Quebec, Carmel (Herman) Rowe, Wabisj' three sons: William (Lillian), Albert (Theresa), Harold Joe (Margie), all of Cappahayden; 12 grandchildren; and a large circle of relatives and friends. Remains resting at Fahey's Funeral Home, Fermeuse. Visiting hours Sunday, November 19th, 6:30 to 10 p.m., Monday, November 20th, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, November 21st at 11 a.m. at Holy Apostles Church, Renews. Interment at Holy Apostles Cemetery, Renews.

O’Brien, Loretta

Passed away suddenly at her residence in Cape Broyle on Tuesday, Nov 7, 1995, Loretta O’Brien, aged 75 years. Leaving to mourn; her husband Martin; two daughters Christine (Paddy) Coady, Ferryland, Gladys (Terry) Condon, Biscay Bay, one granddaughter, Patricia, two brothers, Patrick (Catherine) Walsh, at Ferryland, Ernie Walsh at Faheys Care Home, Fermeuse; one sister, Gert at Winnipeg; one nephew, Ernest Clowe, Ferryland; plus a large circle of other relatives and friends. Remains resting at Faheys Funeral Home, Fermeuse. Funeral announcement later.

Parrott, Malcolm
Passed peacefully away on November 20th, 1995, at the Health Sciences Complex, Malcolm Parrott, age 80. Leaving to mourn his wife Elizabeth and daughter Ann Bowering (Lester W.); granddaughters; Debbie Bowering and Andrea Power (Michael); great-granddaughter Meagan Ann Power; brother Marcus Parrott, Toronto; sisters; Betty Pellerin (Arthur), Nova Scotia, Ethel Patey (Arthur), Florida; step-brother Edwin Robert Hiscock, Toronto; brothers and sisters-in-law Jack and Anita Green, Mae and Marian Green Ingram and Annie Downey and Frances Downey; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. At his request cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 22nd, 1995 at 2 pm from St. Mark’s Anglican Church, Logy Bay Road. Donations in his memory may be made to the General Hospital Health Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Carnell’s Funeral Home.

TUCKER, Annie
Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on November 9, 1995, Annie Tucker, age 89 years. A former resident of Glenbrook Lodge. Predeceased by her husband Walter; and daughters: Florence and Marie; and daughter-in-law Verna Tucker. Leaving to mourn sons: Gordon Tucker (Mary) and Bob Gover (Kay); son-in-law Wilson Walsh (Donna); grandchildren: Gary Tucker of Ottawa, Cheryl Butt (Ron) of St. John's, Blair Tucker (Sue) of Ottawa, Cindy LeGrow (Jeff) of St. John's, Margo Tucker (Keith) of St. John's, Sharon Card (Brian) of Dartmouth, N.S., Shawn Gover of Vancouver, B.C., Bryan Walsh (Elizabeth) of St. John's, Lynne Alexander of North Vancouver, Jeff Walsh of Hawaii, Gayle Kemper of Long Island, N.Y., Dion Walsh (Sharon) of Lewisporte, and Deatra Walsh of Lewisporte; great-grandchildren: Michael Butt, Justin LeGrow, Megan LeGrow, Brooks Card, Brent Cart, Bryan Jr. Walsh, Maggie Walsh, Julia Rose Walsh, Richard Alexander, Jason Alexander, Chantelle Walsh and Dillon Walsh; sister Sadie Dwyer of Curling, NF; special niece and close friend Annie Stockwood; special friend Edwina Walsh; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. - 12 Noon, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Friday. Funeral Service 11 a.m. Saturday, November 11, from Barrett's Chapel with interment 3 p.m. Saturday at the United Church Cemetery at Burnt Point. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation in her memory may be made to The Childrens Wish Foundation.

WINTER, Gerald Marmaduke - Aged 78 years.
Passed away on Friday, November 24, 1995 at the Health Sciences Complex, following a short illness. Leaving to mourn his wife, Phyl (Baird) and three sons and their families; Keith, June and their sons Christopher and Martin, in Calgary; John, Barbara and their children Gillian, Tim and Russell, in Vancouver; Steve, Eleanor and their children Stephen, Laura and Greg in St. John's; two sisters: Elizabeth Munn and Barbara Strang; brothers: Gordon (Millicent) and Walcot (Mett) and other family members. Friends may visit Carnell's Funeral Home, Saturday and Sunday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral service Monday, November 27, 1995, from St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church at 2 p.m. Flowers gratefully accepted, or donations may be made in his memory to the Nfld. Cancer Foundation, Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre, 300 Prince Philip Drive, St. John's, NF A1B3V6.
