The Telegram Obituaries
Died suddenly Saturday, November 1st, 1975, Thomas Pender,
age 32 years of 1 Torbay Road. Leaving to mourn besides his loving wife
Glenys, one son Shawn, age 3 years; mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Patrick
Pender of the Old Broad Cove Road; two sisters, Mary, Mrs. Henry Tucker
at Portugal Cove, Agnes, Mrs. Norman Collins in Toronto; three brothers;
Joe in Oshawa; Frank and Pat in Toronto and his grandmother, Mrs. Mary
Pendergast of Old Broad Cove Road; also a large circle of relatives
and friends. Remains resting at Caul’s Funeral Home. Funeral
on Tuesday with Requiem Mass at 11 am from the Holy Rosary Church,
Portugal Cove. Interment at Portugal Cove.
