CHAFE, Hugh
Passed away at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital on Thursday March 29, 1979, Hugh Chafe. Leaving to mourn one daughter Carol (Mrs. Dr.William Squires) of Stephenville, one son Murley (Hap) at Ottawa, and one brother Arnold of St. John's, seven grandchildren. His wife Isabel predeceased him 11 years ago. Resting at carnell Memorial Chapel, Freshwater Rd. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 2, at 2 p.m. from the Anglican Cathedral. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Rd. In lieu of flowers donations may be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Heart Foundation.
