Garberg, James Joseph
Passed peacefully away at the Dr. L.A. Miller Centre, following a courageous year long battle with cancer on Monday July 31, 2017. James "Jimmy" Garberg, age 55 years. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Ole Garberg, daughter Meghan; sister Sharon Garberg; nephew Terry Mayo and special friend Tony Hamilton. Leaving to mourn, children: Jimmy, Shane, Jordan, Monica & granddaughter Kileigh; sisters; Mary, Sheila, Barb. Linda, Cathy & Judy; brothers; Eddy and Shawn; a very special nephew & caretaker, Darrell; special friends and buddies; Gary Dunne, Bill Ryall, Randy Mercer, Terry Mayo and Denise; plus a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Thursday, August 3, from 10 am -9 pm. Funeral service to take place at Barrett's Funeral Chapel on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 2 pm with cremation to follow. Burial will take place at Kilbride Roman Catholic Cemetery on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 11 am.. As expressions of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in James' memory may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation. Lundrigan, Fenwick
A husband, father, grandfather who was taken from us way too soon. Passed peacefully away on Friday, July 21st, Fenwick (Fen) Lundrigan, age 79 years. Gone to rest eternally with his son, Dwayne, his parents, Elsie and Walter Lundrigan, a number of siblings and his parents-in-law, Fred and Bessie Bennett. Leaving to mourn, with cherished memories his devoted wife of 55 years, Joan---a love and bond shared that will never be broken---daughters; Darlene Ryan (Neil), Debbie Lundrigan and son, David (Jeanette). His seven grandchildren--Brett, Melanie, Mark, Patrick, Matthew, Michael and Benjamin, who were very special to him and always brought a sparkle to his eyes: also, leaving to mourn are his six brothers--Rex. Norman, Ted, Gordon, David, Eugene and his seven sisters; Hazel, Mae, Sandra, Louise, Olive, Marge and Susie and all their families, and his three sisters-in-law and families. Also, sharing in his memories are many other family members and lifelong friends. Resting at Hickey's Funeral Home on Saturday, July 22nd from 7-9 pm, Sunday, July 23rd--2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.. Funeral service will take place on Monday, July 24th, 2017 in the chapel at Hickey's Funeral Home at 11 am.. A private family interment to take place at a later date. No flowers by request. Murphy, David Robert (Dave)
Passed peacefully away on Sunday, July 2, 2017, David Robert Murphy, aged 71 years. Predeceased by his parents James and Ruby Murphy of Portugal Cove Road, his sister Frances, sister-in-law Alice and parents-in-law Alo and Nonie Gute. Left to celebrate his life are his loving wife of 48 years, Greta, his beloved children, Shaun (Bobbi), and Shana (Jacqueline); grandson, Evan, granddaughter Piper, brother Doug, niece Kelly (Rich); nephew Scott (Michelle): nephew Brad (Vanessa); and brother-in-law Robert Gute (Bernie). David spent his school years at St. Bon's and Gonzaga, and his adult life was spent working in financial institutions and the Canada Revenue Agency. His last years were spent battling dementia. A special thank you to the staff of 1-SE in Pleasantview Towers for the kindness and respect they showed to him. He considered them as family. Thank you also to those friends who visited him and to those neighbors who made his days at home more pleasant. A special thank you to Rosemary for the wonderful care she provided while he was at home. Cremation has taken place. No visitation by request. A memorial service will take place on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 2 pm from Caul's Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the charity of your choice.

ROWE, Frederick Clarke
August 3rd, 1961 - July 29th, 2017

We, the family of that late Frederick Clarke would like to invite you to join us for a Celebration of Life Service for Fred at Holy Innocents Church, Paradise Road, Paradise, on Sunday September 24, 2017 at 2:30 PM. Please join us after to share some fond memories of our beloved Freddie.
