CHAFE, Chesley J.
Passed peacefully away after a short illness at the Health Sciences Centre, February 4, 1983, Chesley J. Chafe (Ches) in his 64th year. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Frances (nee Dunphy), three sisters: Clara (Mrs. Melvin Power), Brigus South; Eileen (Mrs. William Green), Margaret (Mrs. Jack Wickham) at St. John's, five brothers: Gerald, Stan, and Vic of Toronto and Ron and Kevin in St. John's, and a large number of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Remains resting at Caul's Funeral Home. Funeral on Monday to St. Teresa's Church for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Passed away suddenly at the Goulds on February 3, 1983, Clifford Williams, aged 66 years. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Irene; two sons: Randy (and wife Marge) and Gerry (and wife Ruth); two daughters: Kay and husband Cy and Heather and husband Fred; 11 dear grandchildren, all of the Goulds; two sisters: Olga (Mrs. Ashton Collins) and Violet (Mrs. Ralph Ruby) both of Kilbride; one brother Weldon (and wife Valda) at the Goulds; one sister-in-law Louise Williams of Maddox Cove. Sadly missed by his many relatives and friends. Funeral Sunday from Caul's Funeral Home to St. Kevin's Church, the Goulds, for service at 2:30 p.m. Interment at Goulds.
