CHAFE, Clara A.
Passed peacefully away on August 8th, 1979, Sarah A. Chafe in her 85th year. Leaving to mourn six sons, two daughters, a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. Funeral service 2 p.m. today. Interment in the Paradise Cemetery.

LEE, Thomas
Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, August 29, 1979, Thomas Lee, Veteran of World War I in his 85th year. Leaving to mourn two sons: Hollis at Salmon Cove; Edward, the Goulds; two grandchildren; also a large number of relatives and friends. Remains were conveyed today from Noel's Funeral Home, Carbonear to Barrett's Funeral Home, Hamilton Avenue, St. John's. Remains resting until Saturday at 1 p.m. Funeral 2:30 p.m. from the Anglican Church and Cemetery, Petty Harbour.
