RYAN - Darryl and Pam (nee O'Keefe) are thrilled to announce
the safe arrival of their little angel, Selena Jean, on October
14, 2005 at 3:13 a.m., weighing 6 lbs. 14 oz. Welcoming her with open
arms are proud grandparents Jim and Lena Ryan (Goulds) and Eileen O'Keefe (St.
John's); great-grandparents Nanny and Poppy Gale and Nanny Hoffe, while Poppy
Hoffe watches over Selena from heaven. Many thanks to all of our friends and
family members for all your support, phone calls, visits and special gifts
for Selena. A special thanks to Dr. Krysta Au for the prenatal care and the
safe delivery of our baby; to Dr. Major for his comfort care and all the caseroom
staff for their support. Mommy would like to especially thank nurse Lorna Kearney
for her superb care during the whole delivery process; to daddy for taking
such good care of us and to Grandma Ryan, daddy and nurse Lorna for never leaving
mommy's side during the delivery.
SMART - Colin and Krista (Green) are thrilled to announce
the birth of their beautiful baby girl, Emma Irene Agatha,
born 4:14 p.m. on October 9, 2005 at the Health Sciences,
weighing 6 lbs. 3 oz. Proud first time grandparents are Dick and Irene Green,
Mount Pearl and Bob and Bernadette Smart, St. John's. Also welcoming Emma are
first time great-grandmother, Agatha Green, Carbonear and Alice Quinn, St.

SQUIRES - Rodney and Frances (nee Thoms) are thrilled to
announce the birth of their beautiful daughter Nadyezhda Claire.
She was born on October 6, 2005 at the Health Sciences Center,
weighing in at 5 lbs., 3 ounces. Welcoming Nadya are proud Grandparents Calvin

to announce the early arrival of Noah Graham. He was born
at the W.H.C., St. John's, on October 30, 2005, at 9:16
a.m., weighing 4 lbs. 15 ozs. Noah is welcomed by proud grandparents Leo
and Frances Reddy and Bryce and Jean Thompson. Thank you to Dr. Kum, Dr.
Bartellas, Dr. Crane, Dr. Clarke and Nurse Robyn Beaudry for helping us make
this miracle happen.
WARREN - Auburn and Patricia (Walsh) and big brothers Liam,
Aidan and Conor are delighted to announce the birth of Daniel Joseph
Henry on October 28, 2005 at 2:31 p.m. Daniel weighed
9 lbs. 7 oz., and is the thirteenth grandchild for both Michael and Eileen
Walsh and Ernest and Joan Warren. Special thanks to Dr. Kravitz and caseroom
nurse Lisa Patten.
WATERMAN - Barry and Cathy (Wickens) are thrilled to announce
the safe arrival of their first child; Adam Leonard, born October
28, 2005, weighing 8 lbs. 1 oz. Adam is welcomed as the first grandchild
for Len and Mary Wickens and fifth grandchild for John and Mary Waterman.
Also welcoming Adam are Uncles and Aunts: Brian, Chris, Sean (Laura), Barb
(Damian). Cousins: Kathryn, Julia, Jack and James. Special thanks to Nurse
Krista Hickey for the extra special care given to Mommy and Adam, and to
Daddy for all his love and support before and after Adam's arrival.

Kyle makes Boy number 4! Wayne And Julia Whyte Of Southeast Bight like to

on October 21, 2005, at 3:16 p.m., weighing in at 7 pounds
4 ozs. A special thank you to the Doctors and Nurses of OBS, Burin Hospital,
(Corina & Krista) thank you for everything. As well, a special thank
you to the Doctors and Nurses of the Janeway NICU (3rd Floor). Our family
never will forget the care and understanding you gave us during Kyle's one
week stay there. Kyle would also like to thank his two grandmothers, Nanny

WINDSOR/SCOTT - It was 40 degrees Celsius at 12:10 p.m.
on Wednesday, October 12, 2005, when Summer Judianna was
born at Doha Clinic Hospital, Qatar, weighing 9 pounds, 3 ounces. Very proud
parents are Greg Scott and Heidi Windsor-Scott, Grandparents Judy Ann Watson
and Wayne Fowlow, Neil and Anne Windsor and Robert and Rosanna Scott. Great-grandmother
Kathleen Watson was especially happy that Summer was born on her birthday!
Excited Aunts and Uncles include - Devon Windsor, Jeremy Scott, Amy Scott,
Michelle Rhodenizer, Michael Picco, Joanne Picco, Robert Fowlow and Jennifer
Fowlow - plus little cousin Naomi Picco and Elle the cat! All of Summer's
family and friends are looking forward to meeting her during her first trip
home to Newfoundland next month for Christmas.
YOUNG - Our house has grown by two feet! Carla Foote and
Marc Young are thrilled with the birth of their first child, Kathryn
May, 8 lbs 1 oz, on October 26, 2005 at WHC. Proud
first time grandparents are Judy and Howard Foote of St. John's. Also another
granddaughter for Keith and Anne Young of Mount Pearl. Big hugs from Aunt
Heidi, Uncle Jason, Aunt Melanie, Uncle Jamie and cousins Brianna, Lauryn
