McLean, at 11:39 p.m. on October 7, 2003, weighing

SUMMERS - Christopher and Kimberley (nee Barrett) are thrilled
to welcome home their son, Alexander Yuriy Summers, born on January
10, 2003, in Krasnoyarsk, Russia. Adoption date October 14,
2003. Grandparents are Boyd and Elaine Summers of Kelligrews and Gerald
and Dot Barrett of Foxtrap. Great-grandparents are Ted Barrett of Bell Island
and Agnes Summers of St. John's. Family dog Tazz has been anxiously waiting
to play with Alexander's toys. We are grateful for the support of our family
and friends, the flexibility extended to us by our employers and the assistance
of various professionals over the past three years. Special thanks to Karen,

care and delivery as well as all the nurses and doctors in the caseroom and
on 5NB at the Women`s Health Center. A special thank you to our families

TILLEY - We announce with joy our first baby is a
boy! Rob and Denise (Higdon) are thrilled to welcome Evan Robert,
born October 10, 2003 at 7:31 p.m., weighing 8 lbs. 6 oz.
Overjoyed family members in Buchans, NL include grandparents Hughie & Yvonne
Higdon, Bruce & Louise Tilley; great-grandmother Pansy Thorne; uncles Greg

TOIVIAINEN - Marina Boehm and Raimo Toiviainen are pleased
to announce the arrival of their son, Aleksi Kari Christian Toiviainen on October
4, 2003 at North York Hospital. Proud first time grandparents are
Chris and Elfi Boehm of St. John`s and Margarete Toiviainen of Toronto. Watching
over Aleksi from heaven, grandfather Otso Albert Toiviainen. Also delighted
over Aleksi`s arrival, Aunt and Godmother, Susanne Boehm of Chicago.
TULK - Derrick and Elizabeth are proud to announce the safe
arrival of a precious baby boy, Kolby Derrick Tulk, on October
15, 2003, weighing 8 lbs. 13 ozs. Proud grandparents are John and
Mary Duke and Fred and Ferne Tulk. Special thanks to family and friends, especially
Godmothers Aunt Janet who shares this same birthday and Aunt Karen for all

WILLIAMS - Crosbie and Madonna (Manning) are thrilled to
announce the arrival of their 1st child, a precious baby girl, Brooklyn
Madison, on Friday, October 24/03 at 4:13 p.m. at
the WHC weighing 10 lbs. 3¾ ozs. Proud grandparents are Rosemary Williams
of Goulds and Vincent and Mary Manning of Torbay. Watching over Brooklyn from
heaven is her own special angel, Poppy Eric Williams. We would like to extend
our gratitude to Dr. Heidi Kravitz for her exceptional prenatal care, along
with Dr. Cherry Pike, the caseroom staff and nurses at 5NB. An extra special
thank-you to Nanny Williams for all her support during Brooklyn`s arrival.

WIRTZFELD, Eric - Debrah Wirtzfeld is pleased to announce
the birth of her first child, Eric Walter. Eric arrived on October
6, 2003 at 10:34 A.M. and weighed in at 10 pounds ¼ ounce.
Proud relatives include: Audrey and Walter Wirtzfeld of Calgary, Alberta (grandparents)
