Welcoming our precious baby boy are grandparents Jim and Lorraine Dunne and John and Gloria Brazil, all from Renews, great-grandmother Madeline Maher, Aunt Jennifer, Uncle Bryan and Aunt Charlene, as well as a large circle of family and friends. Thanks to Dr. Pike, nurse Kay Tobin, case room staff and nurses of 5NB for their excellent care of our sweet William. Mommy and William would also love to send a special thank you to Preston and Daddy for all your love and support. We couldn't have done it without you.

COLLINS - Andrew and Leslie (Hillyard) are pleased to announce the birth of their baby Boy Elliott Malcolm Collins, born June 22, 2012, weighing 7 lbs. 9 oz. Proudly welcoming him to the world along with his parents are his grandparents Wayne and Karen Hillyard; John and Darlene Collins; and great-grandparents Lewis Collins (Lorraine) and Angela Simmons. Welcomed with love by grandparents James & Helen Laurie of Paradise and John & Linda Braaten and great-grandmother Mary Braaten of International Falls, MN; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Looking over her are special angels Uncle Jimmy and great-grandmother Bridget Laurie. Bridget can't wait to visit Newfoundland!

MCCARTHY - Perry, Catrina and big brother Thomas are thrilled to announce the safe arrival of their beautiful baby girl. Lucy Kathleen was born June 26, 2012 at 7:59 p.m., weighing 8 lbs. 7 ozs. Welcoming Lucy are proud grandparents Doug Piercey Sr. and Pearl McCarthy, Aunts and Uncles Karen and Craig, Doug Jr. and Renee, Carol Ann and Eric, Jonathan and cousins Kyle, Ryley, Alexander, Karaleena, Jenna, John and Jayson. Watching over Lucy from heaven are her guardian angels Nanny (Kathleen) Piercey and Great-grandparents William and Lucy McCarthy. Thank you to Dr. Brown for her excellent prenatal care and Dr. Holden for Lucy's safe delivery. Thank you to the nurses in the case room and the maternity ward. Trevor and Gina (Murphy) are overjoyed to announce the birth of their daughter, Gwen Marie Warren on June 11, 2012 at 5:17 p.m., weighing 7 lbs 10 oz. Proud grandparents are Randy and Margie Warren of Chapel Arm and Joyce Murphy of Long Harbour. Gwen is also blessed to have a loving Great-Grandmother; Mrs. Mary Warren of Chapel Arm.
