BARTLETT - Allison is delighted to welcome her new baby brother. Matthew Camden, weighing 8 pounds 2 ounces, arrived safely at the Health Sciences Centre on June 22, 2011, at 10:01 p.m. His proud parents are David and Jennie Bartlett, of Craigmillar Avenue. Grandparents are Cathie and Ches Lethbridge of Goose Bay, and Connie and Ted Bartlett of Riverview, NB.
COLE - With joy and love, proud first-time parents Stephen and Kristen (Scott) would like to introduce their precious baby boy, Ethan Patrick. Ethan made his arrival on June 12, 2011 at 9:17 a.m., weighing 8 lbs, 9 oz. Welcoming Ethan are Grandparents Poppy and Grammie Cole, Poppy Scott, Great-grandparents Pop and Nan Price, as well as many excited Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Also watching over Ethan is Grandma Karen Scott. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Pike and Dr. Ripley for their excellent prenatal care, and to the amazing staff of the Caseroom and 5NB at the HSC. Mommy would also like to thank Daddy and Grammie Cole for their support and encouragement during labour and delivery.
DILLON/ASPELL - Chris, Kelly and big brother Aiden are thrilled to introduce Oliver Richard Dillon, who arrived at 5:15 p.m. on June 30, 2011, weighing 7 lbs. 10 oz. Also welcoming Oliver are grandparents Dave and Jean Aspell and Jack and Jean Dillon, as well as uncles and aunts Mark and Laura, Andrew and Rebecca, Kim and Danny and cousin Hayley. A big thank-you to Dr. Strand, staff at the MFAU, and the nurses and doctors who all assisted in Oliver's safe arrival. A very special thanks to our nurse Dawn who helped us keep it coming!
DOUCETTE - MCPL Stephen and Kelly (Bothe) Doucette announce the birth of their first child, Elizabeth Anne, on June 3, 2011, weighing 7 lbs. 4 ozs., 19 inches long, at Stanton Territorial Hospital in Yellowknife, NT. Proud grandparents Kel and Lorna Bothe of Peterfield, MB; great-grandparents Larry and Beverly Shaw of Brandon, MB, Gordon and Anne Bothe of Oaklake, MB, Nelson and Eileen Doucette of St. John's, NL.
GLAVINE (PARSONS) - All of a sudden Stella is a big Sister! Kristen Dorothy, 5 lb. 5 oz., born June 24, 2011. Proud parents Paul and Jillian. HARNUM/GOVER - Steve Harnum and Ashley Gover are thrilled to announce the early arrival of their beautiful little daughter, Taylor Judy-Lynn Harnum. Taylor was watched over by her two angels, Great Nanny and Granda Gover, for a safe arrival at the Women's Health Centre in St. John's on June 15, 2011, weighing 4 lbs. 14 oz. Welcoming Taylor are very proud grandparents, Kevin and Judy Gover, Salmonier Line, Linda Harnum and Pleaman Forsey, Ed and Tammie Harnum, Bishop's Falls. Also, very proud great-grandparents, Don and Louise Sweetapple, Glovertown South, Leonard and Isabelle Penton, Grand Falls-Windsor and Harry and Julie Harnum, Bishop's Falls. Aunt Lesley and Uncle Darren, Aunt Sherri and Uncle Glenn, Aunt Susan and Uncle Mike and Uncle Tyler along with cousins, Kaitlyn, Christopher, Cody, Cameron, Connor, Aurora, Carys, Ethan, Mikaela and Isabella are delighted with our new addition. We are so thankful to Dr. Verge and Dr. Kravitz for their prenatal care, as well as the doctors, nurses and staff at the NICU for their care during Taylor's stay. Also, a special thanks to Aunt Stephy for being with mommy and daddy that day. Thank you to our family and friends for all their love and support.
JOHNSTON - Jim, Corinna (nee Rideout), and big brother Tyson are delighted to announce the arrival of Karissa Corinna Rose on June 23, 2011 at 2:42 am, weighing 8 lbs. Proud grandparents are Fred and Marilyn Rideout of CBS and Tom and Louisa Johnston of St. John's. Karissa is also welcomed by great-grandmother Marina Bussey, uncle Frederick Rideout, aunt Lea-Ann Rogers (Robert), and a large circle of other family members and friends. Many thanks go to all of the doctors and nurses who provided care in the case room, on 5NB, and in the NICU. Extra special thanks to Dr. Avery, Dr. Maroun, Dr. Ozerkan, Dr. Downton, Dr. Hamud, Dr. J. White, and Dr. Kieley for their outstanding care.

MOORES/KEOUGH - Carl, Susan and big brother Alec are thrilled to announce the arrival of our baby girl, Carmen Rose Moores, born June 29, 2011 at 3:33 p.m., weighing 6 pounds, 13 ounces. Carmen is welcomed by grandparents David and Norma Moores of Harbour Grace, Mike and Carol Ann Keough of St. John's and great-grandparents, Alec and Maysie Moores of Harbour Grace. Also welcoming Carmen are aunts, uncles and cousins: Neil, Janna, Nolan, Ewan and Graham Cleary; Andrew, Shelley, Emma, Paige and Drew Moores; Darrin, Rhonda, Ryan and Jack Keough; and Tony, Julie, Thai and Ryleigh Harvey. We would like to sincerely thank Dr. Terry O'Grady for excellent prenatal care and the safe delivery of Carmen. PIERCEY/LONGERICH - Andrew and Lora are proud to announce the birth of their beautiful baby boy, Morgan Tiberius Piercey, on June 25, 2011, weighing 7 lbs. 13 ozs. WHITTLE - Karen (Manning), Jeremy, big brother Simon and big sister Bridget are delighted to welcome Thomas Joseph Whittle to our family. Born on June 11, 2011, at 12:11 a.m. and tipping the scales at 7 lbs. 8 ozs., Thomas has warmed the hearts of both family and friends. On hand to welcome Thomas were his many close friends, proud aunts and uncles as well as Grandparents Judy and Patrick Whittle and Peter Manning. Nanny Pauline Manning watches over Thomas from heaven. Many thanks to the fabulous staff in the Case Room and the staff of 5 North B during this exciting time.
