BARTLETT - Liam is a big brother! Stella Paige Bartlett wasted no time arriving on July 29th, 2012 at 7:11 a.m. weighing 8 lbs, 3 oz. Joining her proud big brother are parents Melanie & Steve. Also welcoming Stella are her grandparents Ivan & Darlene Dawe, Gordon & Daphne Bartlett & great-grandmother Ethel Somerton. Many thanks to Drs. Verge, Pike &Kum, & staff at HSC for all their help.

BISHOP- WILSON BISHOP - Patrick and Ginette and Big Brothers Liam and Luke of Reading, MA, USA are thrilled to announce the arrival of Fiona Jolie Bishop on July 8, 2012, weighing 7 lbs. 12 oz. Also celebrating Fiona's arrival are Grandparents Max & Cloe Bishop of Portugal Cove-St. Philips, NL, Aline Champagne of Thetford Mines, Quebec, Ron Wilson (Pauline) of Vermont, Great-grandmothers Joyce Chipman of Spaniard's Bay, NL & Rita Champagne of Thetford Mines, Quebec, Auntie Gina Bishop of Portugal Cove-St. Philips, NL, Auntie Nicole, Uncle Scott and cousin Aoife Garland of Calgary, AB, Auntie Jessie, Uncle Jason and cousins Wilson & Madison Boppre of Ottawa, ON.

COLBOURNE - Proud first time parents Robert and Jennifer (nee Laing)are pleased to announce the arrival of their beautiful baby boy Max Robert. Max was born July 31, 2012, at 8:40 a.m.,weighing 10 lbs. 3 ozs. He is welcomed by first time grandparents John and Judy Colbourne and third time grandparents Harold and Isabelle Laing. Max is also welcomed by Aunt Gina, Uncle Kenneth, Aunt Shirley, cousins Craig and Natalie as well as a large group of family and friends. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the nurses of the MFAU, Caseroom and 5NB for providing such great care to Max and Mommy during this special time. A special thanks to Dr. Kravitz, Dr. Galway, and Nurse Minnie Parsons for their prenatal care.

FIWKA - Proud parents Beth and Brian Fiwka along with brothers Aidan and Nikolas are pleased to announce the arrival of their daughter, Emma Abigail. Emma was born July 27, 2012, weighing 8 lbs. and 6 ounces. Emma would like to thank the staff at the Janeway and particularly nurses Treena and Sherry and Doctors Bartellas and Strand for helping bring her safely into the world. Proud grandparents are Lynn and Karl Green and Gail Fiwka.

HART-HAWCO - Natalie is proud to announce that she is finally a big sister to Lauren Rachel, born at the HSC, St. John's on July 11, 2012 at 12:21 p.m., weighing 8 lbs. 10 oz. Also welcoming her are ecstatic parents Rhodi Hawco and Denise Hart. Very proud grandparents Donald and Loretta (Squires) Hart, of St. John's, Uncle Dwayne, Aunt Lisa and cousin Amelia Hart, also Great-Poppy Howie Greene of Gander. Along with Frederick and Carol (Walsh) Hawco of Holyrood, Uncle Ryan and Aunt Lisa and Great-Grandmother Mary Hawco. Best wishes come from friends and family from Ottawa, Sarnia

HOBBS-HARRIS - Kimberley and Glenn announce the birth of Aaron James Samuel at the HSC on July 24, 2012, weighing 6 lbs. 11 ozs. Welcoming Aaron are grandparents Samuel and Theresa Hobbs, Norman and Inez Harris, aunts and uncles - Suzanne and Julien Sheppard, Stephen and Beverly Harris, Paula Hobbs, and many other relatives and friends.

LAKE - Adam and Erin (Simms) are delighted to announce the arrival of their sweet baby girl. Ashlyn Ann was born on July 27th, 2012 at 1:13 a.m., at the HSC, St. John's, weighing 9 lbs. 1 oz. Proud first time grandparents are Fred and Ann Lake of St. John's and welcoming their 5th grandchild are Harold and Jean Simms of Goulds. Also, very excited for Ashlyn's arrival are her aunts and uncles, Stacey & Jay Green, Tom & Rosarie Simms, and cousins, Jaiden, Ethan, Thomas & Seamus, as well as other extended family and friends.

LINEHAN - Shannon and Karen (nee Simms) and big brother Jacob are tickled pink to announce the early but safe arrival of Megan Roberta Linehan. Megan was born on July 8, 2012 at 3:56 pm at the Janeway Hospital and weighed 5 pounds, 8 ounces. Megan is welcomed with open arms by grandparents Bob and Joan Simms and by Grandma Mary Roberts and the late Fred Linehan. Also waiting to spoil her are a large circle of aunts, uncles and cousins. Our heartfelt thanks go to Doctors Kravitz, Coady and Wozney for their delivery and super nurse Lisa Freake for her care in the caseroom, as well as the nurses on 5NB for their support with our little girl. We would also like to thank Doctors Penton, Cook and Strand for their exceptional prenatal care. Jacob would like to thank Nan and Pop for taking such good care of him while Mama was in the hospital. We don't know what we would do without them!! Our family is complete and we are truly blessed.

MOORE - Derek, Pamela (Woolridge) and big sister Ella proudly announce the birth of our second beautiful baby girl, Abby Noelle. Born July 7, 2012 at 2:51 pm, weighing 8 lb. 4 oz. Also welcoming Abby are proud grandparents Noel and Geraldine Woolridge, Doreen (and the late Leslie) Moore, Aunt Lesley-Anne, and Uncles Stephen and Jeffrey.

MURPHY - Jason, Kerry (Martin) and big sister Anna are proud to announce the arrival of Mac Joseph Martin born on July 4th, 2012, weighing 7 lbs and 11 oz. Proud grandparents are Mac and Patricia Martin, Hr. Grace and John and Zita Murphy, Conception Bay South. Little Mac Murphy is also welcomed by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Our deepest appreciation to Dr. Brown, Dr. Clark and Dr. Chris Jenkins (res), as well a special thanks to Heather Shute and the case room staff at HSC, St. John's.

NEWHOOK - Mel & Krista (Griffin) are thrilled to announce the birth of their second child Leo Michael, born July 6th, 2012 at the WHC, weighing 6 lbs. 9 oz. Welcoming Leo is proud big brother Gabriel, along with grandparents: Rosarii Power, Mike Griffin, Ellen & Cyril Newhook. Great-grandparents: Magdalene Griffin; Angela & Bob Newhook and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. We are thankful to all who helped bring Leo into the world, and all who offered support after his birth. Special gratitude to the Janeway NICU staff who took such wonderful care of our little treasure.

NOONAN - It's a girl! Dwayne and Jennifer (Stamp) joyfully announce the birth of their beautiful daughter Evelyn Maria, born July 25, 2012 at 9:50 am, weighing 6 lbs. 8 oz. Welcomed with love by grandparents Kevin and Ursula Stamp and Wayne and Elaine Walters and a large circle of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Looking over Evelyn are her two special angels, grandfather Bernard Noonan and great-grandmother Ethel Stamp. A special thank you to Auntie Heather, Dr. Neveu, case room nurses Bev, Sherry, Tracy and Megan and all of the nurses on 5NB for their support and care.

PINSENT - Stephen, Melanie (Hewitt) and big brother James are delighted to announce the arrival of Ryan Patrick on June 16, 2012, weighing 8 lbs. Welcoming Ryan are proud grandparents Pat & Laura Hewitt and Wayne & Rosalind Pinsent, as well as Aunts Jackie (Byron) & Allison, Uncle Shamus (Heather), and cousins Alyssa, Logan & Anna. Uncle Aaron sends kisses from heaven. We would like to thank Dr. Pike and her team for excellent prenatal care and a safe delivery, as well as the staff of 5NB.

PITTMAN - Michael and Natalia (Hatcher) are delighted to announce the birth of their first child, a boy, Jacob Taylor, born on July 16, 2012, at 11:52 a.m., at Kingston General Hospital, Kingston, Ontario, weighing 7 lbs. 4 ozs. Celebrating his birth are grandparents Elvis and Lily Pittman and Dr. Lydia Hatcher, great-grandparents Geraldine Vardy, Elsie and William Pittman. Looking down from heaven are grandfather Rev. Roy Hatcher, greatgrandparents Cliff and Emmie Hatcher. Thanks to Dr. Ruth Dubin, and the staff and physicians of KGH.

PRYOR/KEDROSKY - Niki, Eric and big sister Eva are proud to announcethe arrival of our handsome baby boy, Hayden Monroe Kedrosky at 5:24 a.m. on July 30, 2012, weighing 6 lbs. 13 oz. Also excited are grandparents Edward andAudrey Pryor and Kevin and Debra Kedrosky andUncle Ryan (Auntie Vivian) and Uncle Dave. Welcometo our family little one. A big thank you to the wonderfulnurses and doctors at HSC.

RICHARDS/YOUNG - Jason & Megan are proud to announce the safe arrival of their healthy baby boy, Jaxon James, born July 2nd, 2012 @ 10:07 am, HSC, weighing 7 lbs 10 oz. Jaxon is surrounded by a large loving family, welcoming him are Grandparents Jim & Yvonne Richards, Ted & Mary Young and great-grandmother Mary Yetman. Mommy and Jaxon send kisses to Daddy for all his love and support and to Auntie Sheneen - for always being there.

STONE/KENNY - Terry and Christine are proud to announce the birth of their beautiful daughter, Briar-Rose Kenny Stone, on July 18, 2012 at 6:53 a.m., weighing 7 lbs. 7 oz. Welcoming Briar-Rose are Nanny Mary Kenny and Poppy Tom Breen, and Nanny Elizabeth Stone. Also thrilled with the arrival of their first niece are Uncle Ernest Kenny (Aunt Joann), Aunt Judy Walsh (Uncle Sèan), Uncle Rob Stone (Aunt Lisa), as well as proud cousins Brett, Sèamus and Isaac Walsh, and Connor Stone. Keeping a safe watch over Briar-Rose are her special Guardian Angels Poppy Jim Kenny and Poppy Bob Stone. Canine sister Coco Chanel is also thrilled with the new addition to our family. We would like to thank Dr. Tim Strand and Dr. Hein Oosthuizen for their prenatal care, as well as an extra special thank you to Joan Dalton, Christine Chidley, Miranda Reddy, Dr. Erin Mayo, Dr. Joanne White, the Neo Natal Unit and all the wonderful nurses and staff of 5 NB at the Health Sciences Centre, as well as Andrea Hann at The Janeway. We would also like to acknowledge and thank our employers and coworkers for all their support before and since her birth. Proudest big brother Ashton and his parents Karl and Erin are thrilled to announce the early but safe arrival of their second beautiful son, DREW KARL STOODLEY born July 2, 2012 at 8:10 a.m., weighing 6 lbs. 12 ozs. Welcoming Drew with such love are seventh time Nanny Regina Dalton and second time grandparents Doug and Shirley Stoodley as well as great-grandparents Elizabeth Crocker and Claude Stoodley. An extra special mention to Nanny Dalton for all you are and all that you do for us, we would be lost without you. We are very blessed to have our own special guardian angel Poppy Dalton in heaven smiling down and watching over all of us. Also sharing in this special and happy time with Drew with so much love are his Uncle Earl, Aunt Roxann, Ian and Ryan, Uncle Eric, Aunt Carol Ann, Karaleena, Jenna, John, Jayson and Aunt Judy. Much appreciation to Dr. White and Dr. Kennedy for their outstanding care for mommy and Drew as well as the staff that helped take care of us at the hospital. VAN WART - Nancy and Bob Van Wart of Dartmouth, NS are proud to announce the arrival of Luca Robert Van Wart. Our first grandchild and first nephew for Scott was born to son Mark and daughter-in-law Kathryn. Luca arrived at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto at 11:53 pm, July 29, 2012, weighing a healthy 8 lbs. 12 oz. Mom, Dad and Luca are all doing very well.

WATSON - Gregory Bowden and Alison Watson are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Penelope Anne Watson, on July 7, 2012, at 9:58 a.m. weighing eight pounds and eight ounces. We wish to thank Drs. Colliton, Fairgrieve-Park, and Chua, and the staff at the Grey Nuns Hospital in Edmonton.
