KELLY - Mike and Leanne are proud to announce their special
catch. After playing her for 27 hours Mommy finally landed her on April
17th, 2006 at 4:10 p.m. Julia weighed
in at 6 lbs., 6 ozs and thankfully measured in at a 'catch and retain' length
of 48.26 cm (19 in.), well under the 63 cm rule. Julia was that much of a special
catch that she required TWO tags and not the normal one tag. Also...the department
of fisheries deemed her beauty to be above the normal catch therefore they
agreed to tag her feet vs. placing a tag through her lip. Special thanks to
the two people on the dip net: Dr. Kum and the best birth nurse ever, Joan
KING - Mark and Stephanie (nee Cooper) are delighted to announce

Bunny weighed in at 6 lbs. 1 oz and 45 cm. Parents Glen and Jackie along with "big

WHITE - Gloria (Roche) and Derrick were blessed with
the birth of a precious son, Samuel Derrick Allan White,
at the Health Sciences Centre, on Easter Sunday, April 16,
2006, at 8:14 pm., weighing 7 lbs. and 11 oz. Since his birth,
Samuel has put permanent smiles on the faces of his family: grandparents
Edith White and Marie Roche; great-grandmother Margaret Power and all
of his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He no doubt would have given
immeasurable pride to his deceased grandfathers Captain George White
and Allan Roche. Mom, Dad and Samuel would like to thank both Nans
for their selfless kindness and support. A special thank you and acknowledgement
must also be extended to Dr. Bartellas and his team for their exceptional
care, throughout both the pregnancy and the birth, and to all the wonderful

and Merida White also welcome Anna. Watching over Anna from Heaven
