Bailey, Aaron - Passed away after a brief illness on February 14, 1994 at his residence in Port Union, NF. Predeceased by wife Ella (nee Coaker). Resting at the Church of Holy Martyrs, Port Union. Funeral service from the Church of Holy Martyrs on February 17th at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Memorial Cemetery, Port Union. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart Foundation.

STEELE, Walter - Passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital on June 26, after a lenghty illness, Walter Steele, in his 81st year. Left with warm and Loving memories his wife Pheobe of Appleton, sons Barry (Ruth), Appleton, Evan (Yvonne), Appleton, Keith & Jocy Harvey of Gander; daughter Anne and husband Thane of Nepean, Ontario, brother Sam and wife Jessie of Glenwood; sister Pheobe Sutton of Mount Pearl; 10 grandchildren, also a very large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at the Anglican Church in Glenwood. Interment at the Anglican cemetery, Glenwood. Flowers are gratefully accepted and donations can be made to the Gander and District Health Foundation. Arrangements entrusted through Stacey’s Funeral Home, Gander.
