Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, Amelia Adams of Burin in her 84th year. Leaving to mourn with loving memories sons Morley and wife Edna of Burin; daughter Pearl and husband Winston Hollett of Burin; special granddaughter Carla and Duane of Burin; sisters Ada Hollett of Lewin's Cove, Adelia Manning of Epworth, Helen Mitchell of Burin; brother Ronald Moulton and wife Betty of Epworth; sisters-in-law Greta Moulton of Burin Bay arm, Pearl Dancey of St. John's, Maude Martin of Toronto, Alfreda Moulton of Marystown, Cordelia Mayo of Creston. Predeceased by husband Herbert; parents John and Essie Moulton; brothers William Moulton and John Moulton. Rev. Susan White officiated Funeral service from Zion United Church, Collins Cove on Friday, February 15, 2008 at 2 pm with interment following at Zion United Cemetery, Collins Cove. Pallbearers were Jerry Adams, John Darcey,Cyril Beazley, Samuel Hollett, Guy Hollett and Howard Manning. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral home, Burin. "WE CARE."

AYLWARD, Margaret
Entered into eternal rest at St. Patrick's Mercy Home on Monday, February 11, 2008, amidst the prayers and hymns of her loving family, Margaret Aylward, of St. Lawrence, NL in her 88th year. Predeceased by her husband Theophilous Etchegary, her parents Patrick and Annie Aylward, her brothers: Gordon (Maude), Nelson, Gerard (Lillian), Fabian (Francis) and sisters: Sister M. Madeline RSM, Madelyn Cotter and Patricia Aylward. Leaving to mourn her passing and to give thanks for her life are her brother Fintan (Ann); twenty-four nieces and nephews, a number of great nieces and nephews, other relatives including first cousins: Thomas Connors, Mary Burke and Maureen Anderson of Brooklyn, New York, her beloved godchildren: Barbara Aylward, Jerry Aylward, Bradley Aylward, Tracey Hollett and Rhonda Aylward. Also many friends, colleagues and business associates. Special thanks to the Sisters and staff of St. Patrick's Mercy home, to special friend and companion Elaine Aylward and to caregivers: Eileen Tarrant and Elaine Tobin for their dedicated and loving service. Resting took place at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 13, 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial was held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, February 14th, St. Pius X Church, Smithville Crescent. Cremation followed. Burial will be held at St. Cecilia's Cemetery, St. Lawrence at a date to be announced. Flowers were gratefully accepted and donations in her memory may be made to St. Patrick's Mercy Home Foundation or C.N.I.B.

Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's on Friday, February 1, 2008, Boyde Beazley of Big Salmonier in his 75th year. Leaving to mourn wife Bernice; son Brian Beazley and wife Bonnie of Big Salmonier; daughters Kim Butler and husband Glenn of Elmdale, Ontario and Gloria Beazley of Orillia, Ontario; grandchildren Heidi and Ken Butler, Courtney and Matthew Beazley and Adam Shank; sisters Jean and husband Bill Joyce, Glynda and husband Gerald Mayo and Maxine Mayo; brother Robie Beazley plus a large circle of other family and friends. predeceased by brother Sam Beazley, sister Sadie Hannam and brother-in-law Fred Mayo.
