BARBOUR, The Rev. Chesley Lindbergh [with photo]

Lind was born in Newtown, Bonavista Bay, Newfoundland on November 23, 1927 and died in Regina, Saskatchewan on August 23, 2009. He was predeceased by his son, Donald Kevin, his parents, William and Janet Barbour, and grand-niece, Gail House. Lind is loved and remembered by his wife, Mary Beth, and family: Beverly and Tom Coates, Leah and Karen; David Barbour and Valerie Noftle, Erica and Matthew; Brenda and Don Krueger, Sharon and Chee Seng Tan and Kevin Reinhardt; Michael and Christine Harle, Brian, Jackie and Samantha; Steven and Carla Harle, and Amanda; Jennifer and Jim Tenford. His Newfoundland family: Calvin and Doris Barbour, Kay and Calvin House, Vanessa and Paul. Lind was ordained to ministry in The United Church of Canada in Grand Falls, Newfoundland, on June 5, 1950 and served in churches in Newfoundland, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, retiring in Grand Coulee, Saskatchewan. A Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving will be held at KnoxMetropolitan United Church, 2340 Victoria Ave., Regina, on Thursday, August 27, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. A service and burial will follow in Newtown. Donations in memory of Lind may be made to The United Church Mission and Service Fund or to The Canadian Foodgrains Bank, Box 767, 400 393 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 2L4.An online book of condolences may be signed at www.speersfuneralchapel.com

Born May 31, 2008 9 lbs. 6 oz. 53.5 cm long. Proud parents are Matthew & Joelene Hiscock. Proud grandparents are Lloyd & Lavinia Evely and Gilbert & Ruby Hiscock, both of Newfoundland.


MOULTON, COLIN JAMES [with photo in Mountie uniform]

Constable Colin James Moulton
died tragically May 6, 2009. Colin is predeceased by William and Magdalene Coady (Nan and Pop) and Nina Moulton (Nan). Colin is survived by his fiance Jenifer Henry; parents Randy and Bridget Moulton, Clayton Moulton (Pop); brother and sister-in-law Barry and Tina Moulton; beloved sons Jared and Chance; as well as many aunts, uncles and a large circle of family and friends.

Colin was a well respected and proud RCMP officer, a loving father, a caring fiance, a beloved son, brother and friend. He found his calling in life when he joined the RCMP in 2003. He was a fair and just member who took pride in his job. He enjoyed spending time with his boys, working on his beloved orange mustang and spending good times with family and friends. Colin was to marry his best friend and love of his life, Jenifer, on August 29, 2009. Colin had an eternal love for his place of birth, Newfoundland. He was a proud Newfie.

He will eternally be missed by those lives he touched in his short time on earth personally and professionally. We love you and will miss you deeply forever. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the RCMP Chapel, RCMP Depot, 5600 11th Avenue, Regina with Chaplain Fred Salerno officiating. A funeral service and interment will be held in Newfoundland at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a trust fund will be set up for his two sons Jared and Chance in care of Randy and Bridget Moulton.
