With heavy hearts, the family of Kathleen "Kay" Gotell (nee Saunders), of New Brunswick, formerly of Deer Lake, NFLD, devoted wife of Jerome (Romie) Gotell, announces her passing on Sunday, July 6, 2014 at the George Dumont Hospital, in Moncton, N.B. Kathleen is survived by her loving children, Kelly Gotell, Curt Gotell, Kathleen Gotell (Anthony Russell); cherished grandchildren, Jessica Gotell, Ashley Gotell; brother, Lambert "Bert" Saunders (Jean); sister, Gladys Cochrane; uncles, Martin Saunders, Lambert Saunders, Jerald Saunders. Kathleen was predeceased by her parents; brothers and sisters, Solomon Saunders, Milley Saunders, Tom Saunders, Madonna #1 Saunders, Harold Saunders, Ben Saunders, Mary Saunders, Madonna #2 Saunders. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home, with visiting hours on Thursday, July 10, 2014, from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 11, 2014, at 10 a.m., from St. James Catholic Church, Georgetown. Peacefully at the Garden Home on Monday, June 23, 2014 of R. Dorothy MacLean of Charlottetown. Beloved wife of the late Jerrold MacLean. Predeceased by her parents, William and Rhoda Butt of St. John's, NL; sisters, May Vickery, Ann Inman, Beatrice O'Reilly, Lydia Whitten, Edith Hand and brothers, William and Edward Butt. Remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. The family extends their thanks to the staff of the Garden Home. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel.
