Predeceased by her husband Gordon, granddaughter Brenda and grandson Kenneth. Left with fond and loving memories her children Cyril (Geraldine), Ruby Fry (Barnett), Phyllis Peddle (Lavern), Glenn (Leone), Eli (Faye), Renwick (Kimberly), sister-in-law Elsie Russell, 18 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and a large number of relatives and friends. Remains resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home in Lethbridge on Tuesday, May 24 from 10 a.m. to 12 NOON; and at the St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Winterbrook on Tuesday after 2 p.m. Funeral will be 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at the St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Winterbrook with interment at the Anglican Cemetery in Winterbrook. Predeceased by her father, Harry Holloway and mother in law, Carrie Pitt. Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's, on Sunday, June 19, 2011, Cyril Hiscock, Justice of the Peace, of Trinity, TB, aged 91 years. Predeceased by his wife Caroline and daughter and son-in-law Dorothy and William Walters. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories five sons: Douglas (Jean), Harvey (Ruth), Ian (Cindy), Ivan (Carey), Neil (Wanda); sister Irene Douglas (John); sisters-in-law, Ester Goldsworthy, Anita Pearce (Walter), fifteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren; special friends: Helen and Jack Bellows, and Carrie Toope. Also leaving to mourn other relatives and friends, including the staff and residents of the Caribour Veteran's Pavilion, St. John's, where Cyril resided for the past four months.
