June 4, 2007 STRONG, Beulah M. - Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Wednesday, May 30, 2007, Beulah M. Strong of Clarenville, aged 75 years. Predeceased by her mother and father Brishel and Gertrude Strong, brother Eddie and sister Sheila Trickett. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her step-mother Blanche (John Preston); sister Mervie Soucey (Jack), Ottawa, ON; brothers Ray (Shirley), Clarenville, Hervine (Patsy), Smith Falls, ON, Derrick (Ella), Clarenville and Lloyd (Linda), Clarenville; caregivers Shirley and Tom Reid, Shoal Harbour and a large number of relatives and friends. Rested at Fewer's Funeral Home, Clarenville. Funeral service took place at Fewer's Funeral Home on Friday, June 1,2007, with interment at United Church Cemetery, Church Hill. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Kathie, two beautiful children Jennifer
and Amanda and their mother Anne. His devoted mother and father, Walter
and Rowena Frost of Hillview, his ever-faithful sister Pauline (Gary)
and his loyal brother Keith (Lana). Left also to mourn are his nieces
and nephews Angela and Adam Park and Mackenzie and Hannah Frost along
with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. His parents-in-law,
Gail and Bert Brown and his sister-in-law Sheri (Nathan). His dedicated
Ready Cash employees, along with hundreds of business associates across
Canada and the US whose lives he touched in so many ways. Also mourning
is Margaret Jarvis, whose friendship brought Barry comfort, and his treasured
and faithful companion GUS. Waiting for him in heaven, Mom and Dad Adams,
Nan and Pop Frost, mother in law Nellie Cornick, cousin Jeffrey Izer,
Aunt Mary, uncle Levi, along with special friends Nita and Max Stoyles.
In lieu of flowers donations will be gratefully accepted to the
Hillview United Church Pastorial Charge Manse Pavement Fund. Visitation
for family and friends was held on Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at the Grace
United Church, Hillview (Trinity Bay). The funeral service took place
at The Grace United Church, Hillview delivered by Pastor Glenn Jarvis,
his minister and friend on May 31, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. June 11, 2007 BENOIT, Annie - Passed peacefully away at Placentia Hospital on Monday, June 4, 2007, Annie Benoit of Southern Harbour, aged 98 years. Predeceased by husband Ernest. daughters-in-law Paula and Mary. Leaving to mourn are his children Calvin
(Jean), Melvin (Ann), Wilf (Gertie), David (Theresa), Linda (Neil), Stephen,
