Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Sunday, June 22, 2014, Mildred Osmond of Lethbridge, aged 89 years. Predeceased by husband Sterling; Children, Rita, Gladys and John. Left with fond and loving memories her daughters Elsie, Ontario, Lucy, Grand Falls-Windsor, Shirley (William), Lethbridge, Ivy (Daniel), Ontario, Karen (Gregory), New Brunswick and Evelyn (Paul), New Brunswick; sons Douglas (Shirley), Ontario, Larry, Quebec, Craig (Johanne), Ontario, Floyd (Dianna), New Brunswick, Tony (Bea), Ontario and Paul (Angie), New Brunswick; Judy (Kendall) New Brunswick: 29 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and a very large circle of friends and a special caregiver and friend Angie Hayward. Rested at Fewer's Funeral Home, Lethbridge. Funeral service took place on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at the Salvation Army Citadel, Lethbridge with interment at Salvation Army Cemetery, Lethbridge. Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Sunday June 22, 2014, Eric Avery of Clarenville, formerly of Deep Bight, aged 76 years. Predeceased by brother Leslie; sisters Irene Hiscock and Doris Avery. Left with fond and loving memories his sister Bernice Whalen; brothers Otto (Marjorie), Wilson and Edgar (Bonnie); and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Fewer's Funeral Home, Clarenville. Funeral service took place on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at Fewer's Funeral Home, Clarenville with interment at United Cemetery, Deep Bight.

Passed peacefully away at her home in Gander on July 3rd 2014 Mary Florence Tibbs age 82. Predeceased by her husband Lloyd, parents James and Sarah Ivany, brothers Ben and Gord Ivany. Left with loving memories are her son Terry (Marina) Tibbs of Gander, daughter Shirley Tibbs of Gander, sister Bernice (Larry) Reid of Gander, sisters-in-law Maggie Ivany of Gander, Pheobe Ivany of Halifax, brother-in-law Rupert of Oromocto, grandchildren Stephen (Marion) of Paradise, Kimberley (Ray) of St. Albans, great grandchildren Caleb and Mya. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Rested at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander. It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on June 26, 2014, surrounded by his loving family, Edgar Stringer, age 82, from Hodge's Cove. Predeceased by his parents, David Stringer and Hazel Loder; and son, Hedley Thomas. Maxwell Parsons
Born: September 28th, 1948
Passed on: October 7th, 2013

On October 7, 2013 Max passed away at the age of 65 after a courageous battle with cancer. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 35 years Norma Crocker; children Tiffany and Heath; grandson Jack Davis; brothers Roy (Karen) and Bernard (Souad); mother-in-law Winnie Crocker; as well as numerous relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Samuel and Margaret and siblings Betty, June and Baxter. Max worked for Suncor until his retirement. He was also a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union, Local 488. He was a loving father and husband who cherished music and friends. He will be deeply, deeply missed and never forgotten. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Bethany United Church, Swift Current with interment to follow at the United Church Cemetery, Swift Current. In his memory donations may be made to Bethany United Church, Swift Current.

Fergus Berkley Ingram Marshall

Predeceased by his wife Marcie; five brothers and two sisters. Left with fond and loving memories his daughters Lillian (Silas Peddle), Hodge's Cove, Vera (George Greening), Musgravetown, Maxine (Herman Boutcher), Clarenville and Bonnie (Kevin Goodyear), Clarenville; son John (Lorraine), Harcourt; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; sisters-in-law Mary Spurrell, Little Hearts Ease, Florence Dodge, Clarenville and Alma Whalen, Caplin Cove; and a large circle of family and friends. Augustus Frye
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Augustus Frye of Princeton, Bonavista Bay announces his passing at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Thursday July 17, 2014 at the age of 76 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his loving wife of 56 years Joyce; son Derek (Pauline); daughters Juanita (Bill) and Stella Beson (Dennis); grandchildren: Steven Phillips (Jacqui), Michael Beson, Krista Beson (Brian) and Kristina Beson (Steve); beloved granddog Prancer plus a large circle of other family and friends. Bernice Sylvia Tremblett (nee Avery)
Born: June 6th, 1949
Passed on: July 22nd, 2014

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother Bernice Tremblett in her 65th year after a long battle with ALS. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Eileen (Cull) Avery and her brother Richard Avery. Leaving with heavy hearts and happy memories, her husband of 44 years, Ralph, as well as their children Scott (Thea), Tracy (Graham), Neal (Carolynn) and grandchildren Elizabeth, Avery, Joshua, Graham, Skylar and Lily. Bernice will also be missed by a large circle of family, friends and her caregivers who worked with her tirelessly night and day to ensure she received the best care possible (Ann, Norma, Debbie and Alana). Rested at the Eventide Memorial Chapel, Charleston from where the funeral service, officiated by Rev. Silas Rodgers, took place on Saturday, July 26th with internment following at the United Church Cemetery, Charleston. Donations can be made to the ALS Society of NL in memory of Bernice. Left with fond and loving memories her husband Reginald of 69 years; daughter Ruby (Wayne) and Judy (Russell); grandson Deon (Wendy); great granddaughter Lexie; and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Fewer's Funeral Home, Lethbridge. Funeral service took place on Friday, July 25, 2014 at Fewer's Funeral Home, Lethbridge with interment at the United Cemetery, Charleston.
