Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital in Clarenville on Sunday, December 25, 2011 Harold Bailey of Clarenville aged 74 years. Predeceased by his brother Albert; parents Herbert and Marion Bailey. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Mary of 54 years and children; Roger (Sylvia) of Clarenville, Rick ( Wendy) of Clarenville, Gary (Holly) of Lady Cove , Denise (Rudy Tucker) of Labrador City, Tony (Helen) of Milton, Donald (Randi Loppe) of Prince George, B. C., Pauline (Clayton Chaulk) of George's Brook and sister-in-law Melvina Bailey. Brother, Burley (Florence) of Clarenville. Grandchildren; Jonathon, Samantha, Heather, Pamela, Cindy, Amy, Craig, Shera, Tiffany, Devon, Sheena, Matthew, A.J., Sherry, Kerri, Roger, Craig. Great Grandchildren; Cole, Laila, Reid, Racheal, Darcy, Logan, Kyle, Cole, Clare, Mason, Aaron and a large number of friends and relatives. Remains will be rested at Fewer's Funeral Home in Clarenville. The Funeral service took place on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 from St. Mary's Anglican Church, Clarenville with Interment at the Interdenominational Cemetery in Clarenville. The family of the Late Harold Bailey would like to express special thanks to the staff at Dr. Albert O'Mahony Memorial Manor.

Predeceased by her parents Elwood and Anges Green; father-in-law Amos Snelgrove. Left with fond and loving memories are her husband Alec of 29 years; daughter Krista; son Mitchell (Samantha); sisters Ethel (Gary) Clarke, Barbara (Ken) Churchill, Marilyn (Jan Erik) Wiklund; brothers Cliff (Bev) Green, Clyde (Jeanie) Green; mother-in-law Patsy Snelgrove; sisters-in-law Judy Grant (Ray Randell), Phyllis (Brent) Cooper; brothers-in-law Fred (Jocelyn) Snelgrove, Jeff (Tracey) Snelgrove and a large number of nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Rested at Fewer's Funeral Home, Clarenville. Funeral service took place on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 from the Pentecostal Church, Goobies with interment at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Goobies. In her memory, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her children Carter Stanley (Carol), Sheila Churchill, Faye Bursey (Mervin), Denise Churchill (Woody), Verlie LeDrew (Robert), Ross Green (Edwina), Rex Hansford (Shirley) and Andy Stoyles (Elsie); daughter-in-law Lillian; sister Laura Cooper; sisters-in-law Maisie and Florence Ploughman; brother-in-law William Long; 23 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren and a large circle of family and friends. Predeceased by infant son Bond Stanley, son Austin Stanley, daughter Diane Seymour; 1st husband Edward (Ted) Stanley, 2nd husband Enoch Green; granddaughter Natasha Hansford; brothers Hector and Everett Ploughman; sisters Myra Stanley and Dulcie Long. Funeral service was officiated by Majors Fred and Gloria Pond on Saturday December 31, 2012 from the Salvation Army Citadel, Clarenville with interment at Pleasant Street Cemetery. Ray will be mourned, always loved and never forgotten by his daughter, Joanne (Chris) Birmingham; grandchildren, Kyle, Riley, and Julia, all of Edmonton; Genevieve Philpott, the mother of their daughter, of St. John's, NL; eleven sisters and brothers, Florence (Clarence) Humby of Summerville, NL, Ron Philpott of Plate Cove, NL, Albert Philpott of Scarborough, ON, Gertrude (William) White of Princeton, NL, Dorothy (Rayfield) Philpott of Plate Cove, NL, Ignatius (Doris) Philpott of Medicine Hat, AB, Gerard Philpott of Scarborough, ON, Gerald Philpott of Whitecourt, AB, Edna (William) Philpott of Plate Cove, NL, Anthony Philpott of Scarborough, ON, and Adrian (Lori) Philpott of Whitecourt, AB; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by parents, Mary Catherine and Albert John. A Celebration of Raymond's Life was held with Liturgy of the Word on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 5540 Mink Creek Road, Whitecourt. Reverend Gerard Gauthier V.G. officiated with private inurnment. Cremation has taken place. Predeceased by her husband Enurchus (Nurk), parents and a number of siblings. Left with fond and loving memories her children Ivan (Beryl), Brian (Christine), Trudy Holloway and Iris Phillips (Weeden); six grandchildren; two great grandsons and a large circle of relatives and friends. Funeral service took place on Friday, January 6, 2012 at St. Mary's Anglican Church, Clarenville with interment at Clarenville Interdenominational Cemetery. Phyllis was born in Hickman's Harbour but lived many years in Bay Roberts. She is predeceased by her parents, Reuben and Amelia Vardy; husband, Arch; brothers, Austin (Clair), Edwin, Ralph (Marjorie) and brother-in-law, Fred Butler. She leaves to mourn and will be sadly missed by her daughter, Ruth (Lloyd) ; granddaughter, Jessica Ruth; brothers, Arthur (Doris), Oliver (Barbara), Howard (Sylvia); sisters, Margaret Butler, Dawn Turley (Richard); sister-in-law, Minnie Vardy, nieces, nephews and a large number of relatives and friends. Rested at Vardy's Funeral Home, Hickman's Harbour, Random Island. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Vera Abbott, took place from the United Church, Hickman's Harbour on January 3, 2012 with interment following at the Central United Church Cemetery, Bay Roberts.

of Clarenville, formerly Lady Cove, Random Island, passed peacefully away at the Dr. G.B.Cross Memorial Hospital in the presence of her loving family, after a brief illness, on December 29th, 2011 at the age of 81 years, 11 months. Predeceased by her husband, Leslie Hart, parents, John and Alice Bishop, grandson, Alex Hart and brothers, Eldon, Malcolm and Claude, brothers-in-law, Elijah Genge and Ernest Parsons. Sadly, leaving to mourn her partner of many years, Harold Gardner, sons, Bond (Margie), Tom (Juanita), Dion (Cindy); granddaughter, Nicole (Brent) and her mom, Gail, grandson, Jonathan and granddaughter, Sarah and their mom, Tammy; sisters, Ida (Lionel), Muriel, Clarice (Harold), Ruby and Beulah; brothers, Cecil (Evelyn), Jack (Mildred) and Harvey; sisters-in-law, Marilyn and Edna Bishop and Mabel Hart. She will be sadly missed and remembered by a large circle of nieces, nephews and many friends. Predeceased by her husband Raymond; son Irving; her brothers and sisters. Left with fond and loving memories her children Calvin (Eunice) of Morley's Siding, Marvin (Phyllis) of Camlachie, Ontario, Geraldine Humby of Morley's Siding, Juanita Smart (Bruce) of Utopia, New Brunswick; six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a large number of relatives and friends. Remains rested at Fewer's Funeral Home, Lethbridge. Funeral took place on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from the Salvation Army Citadel in Musgravetown with interment in the Old Salvation Army Cemetery, Musgravetown.

Predeceased by his parents James and Selina; sister Jane; brothers Gordon, George and Walter. Leaving to mourn with many fond and loving memories are his wife Marie; sons Bruce, Paul & Dwight and their families, as well as many other relations and friends. Rested at Fewer's Funeral Home, Clarenville, followed by the funeral service officiated by Rev. Daphne at the St. Mary's Anglican Church on Friday December 30 with cremation and interment on December 31 at Come By Chance cemetery.
