Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on November 25, 2013, Gerald Glenn Moss, age 64, from Princeton. Predeceased by his father, Ralph and brothers, Richard and Ralph. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his best friend and spouse, Joyce; mother, Millicent; sister, Barbara (Fred); brother, Bill (Janice) as well as nieces, nephews and many friends. Rested at the St. Peter's Anglican Church, Princeton from where the funeral service, officiated by Rev. Daphne Parsons, took place on Thursday, November 28, 2013 with interment following. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons: Francis (Bride) of Red Cliff, Lewis (Doris) and Donald (Ruth) both of Plate Cove West, Grandchildren: Sarah, Nigel, Elaina and Karen, great grandchildren Ethan and Claire plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by husband Michael, mother Sarah and Great Grandson Brayden. Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on December 11, 2013, Matilda Jane Slade, aged 91 years, of North Harbour, formerly of Kingwell, Placentia Bay. Predeceased by husband, George, infant son, Norman, father and mother, George and Eliza Rodway, brothers Gordon and Hubert, sister Winnie Matterface. Left to cherish her memory sons Dave (Rhoda) and Harvey (Maxine); daughters Rosalie Rogers (Pete) and Anne Vey (Rick), nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; plus nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation was at St. Matthews Anglican Church, North Harbour. Funeral service took place at St. Matthews Anglican Church, North Harbour, on Friday, December 13, 2013 with internment at the Anglican Cemetery, North Harbour. Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Monday, December 9, 2013, Melvina Smith of Aspey Brook, Random Island, aged 76 years. Predeceased by her husband William; parents Chesley and Myra March; brothers Eric and Jack March. Left with fond and loving memories her son Grenville Smith; sisters Doris (the late George Walters), Gladys (the late Roy Smith) and Una (Arthur Avery); brother Hector (Priscilla); many nieces and nephews; and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Central United Church, Random Island. Funeral service took place on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Central United Church, Random Island. Cremation has taken place. In her memory donations may be made to Central United Church, Random Island.
