Mr. & Mrs Phillip Brown of Halifax Nova Scotia were home to Bonavista visiting his parents Mr. & Mrs. Harry Brown.

Mr & Mrs Clarence Brown of Bonavista Celebrated their silver wedding anniversary on Dec. 28 and their daughter is married to Don Way.

Died at her sons residence in Mount Pearl Mrs. Julia A. Brown 86 years old leaves to mourn two daughters Mabel Mrs B. Colbourne at Corner Brook, Pearl Mrs. H G. Budden at St. John's and two sons Allan at St John's and Bennett at Mount Pearl and also 8 grandchildren. Buried United Church at Bonavista.

Died Ralph Brown at Bonavista but born Kings Cove age 55 years wife Agnes son Glenn daughters Christine, Gloria, Marcella, Lorraine, Janice, Marylou. Three brothers Chester and Lloyd at St. John's and Stephen at Harcourt TB. Buried at Anglican cemetery in Bonavista.
