It is with great sadness that the family of the late Aubrey W. Roberts announces his passing at the Green Bay Health Care Centre in Springdale on June 4, 2008 at the age of 61. Aubrey was a member of the Salvation Army. Aubrey retired from Abitibi-Price. Predeceased by father, Roger Roberts and brothers, Melvin and Sterling Roberts. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife, Jean; son, Roger (Janice) of Triton; daughters, Michelle (Eddie Wiseman) of Triton, Kimberley of Triton and Miranda (Glen Fudge) of Triton. Also leaving to mourn mother, Clara Roberts, brothers, Ambrose (Joy), Barry, Dennis and Todd; grandchildren, Amanda, Daniel, Jordan and Devin. Majors Larry and Phyllis Fudge conducted the funeral service at the Salvation Army Citadel in Triton on June 7, 2008. Interment was at the Evergreen Cemetery. Pallbearers were his co-workers, Juan Roberts, Corwin Roberts, Hayden Roberts, Derwin Roberts, Corey Vincent and Dennis Fudge.
