SHORT, Percy Croucher
Passed peacefully away at Central Newfoundland Hospital - Grand Falls, Monday, June 5, 2006 age 82 years. Predeceased by sister Marcella Peters, brothers Lewis, Parmenaus and Maxwell. Left to share wonderful memories of Percy's love for life are his wife and soul mate Olive, son Bruce (Janet) and beloved grandson Stephen. Sisters-in-law Maggie Short, Mable Short, Meredas Mills, Lucy Mills, Gertie Thistle, Annie Butt, Lillian Goudie, Emma (Ray) Foster. Brother-in-law Clifford Mills (Clarice). A vibrant and extended family of caring nieces and nephews and a large circle of family and friends. Funeral Service 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 9, 2006 from Grace United Church, Springdale. Interment to follow in the United Church cemetery Springdale.

NOBLE; GERTRUDE SARAH PAULINE
Peacefully, at home, surrounded by the love of her family on Tuesday June 13, 2006, Gertrude Noble, in her 67th year. Predeceased by her husband Stanley Noble (1999). Cherished Mother of Kevin Huxter, Grand Falls, Nfld.; Terry Huxter and his wife Mary, Peterview, Nfld.; Louise Budgell and her husband John, Paris; Lisa Tulk and her husband Neil, Jackson's Cove, Nfld.; Judy Budgell and her husband Rick, Stoney Creek; Raymond Huxter and Jen, Hamilton and Shirley Hunter and Glen, Grand Falls Nfld. Gertrude will be dearly missed by 14 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren. Friends will be welcomed at the DWAYNE D. BUDGELL Funeral Home, 1105 Rest Acres Road on Thursday (Today) from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel, Harry's Harbour, Newfoundland on Sunday June 18th 2006 at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in the United Cemetery, Jackson's Cove, Newfoundland.

NOBLE, HERMAN GEORGE
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Herman George Noble announces his passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home in Springdale on June 16, 2006 at the age of 76 years. Herman was a member of the Salvation Army Citadel, Springdale and retired from Nobles Construction in 1994. Predeceased by his parents, George and Elizabeth Noble; brother, Albert; sisters, Vivian Frye, Winnifred Spencer; brother in laws, Edwin Wells, Horace Frye, Hecter Spencer and Herbert Mitchell. Left with fond and loving memories are Ivy Noble (wife of 55 years), sons, Malcolm Bradley (Leah) of St. Catherine's, Ont. Lorne (Nancy) of Springdale, NL. Archie (Patsy) of Springdale, NL. Elvis (Alice) of Springdale, NL. Rodney (Tracy) of Springdale, NL; daughters, Yvonne (Rudy Oxford) of Springdale, NL. Elizabeth (Roy Prowse) of Bishop's Falls, NL. Sherry (Michael England) of Harry's Harbour, NL. Brenda (Vaden Thomas) of Springdale, NL. Greta (Marvin Mercer) of Springdale, NL. Michelle of Springdale, NL. Kathy (Peter Foster) of Rattling Brook, NL. Also leaving to mourn sisters, Daisy Mitchell of Bishop's Falls, NL. Joyce Wells of Springdale, NL. 23 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. Major and Mrs. Lacey conducted the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Springdale on June 19, 2006. Interment was at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Springdale. Pallbearers were sons Archie and Rodney Noble, grandsons, Dwight England, Cris Noble, Embry Oxford and Jamie Oxford.

RYAN, KERRY JAY
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kerry Jay Ryan announce his passing in Mississauga, Ontario on June 25, 2006 at the age of 40 years. Predeceased by his grandparents Nathan and Louisa Ryan, Ernest and Stella Fudge and Uncle Wayne Fudge. Left with fond and loving memories are parents, Merrick and Gloria Ryan, girlfriend Christine, brother Kirk (Sherry), Nieces Kayla, Ashley, Sarah and Charlotte and a large circle of relatives and friends. Rev. David Feltham conducted the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Pilley's Island on July 1, 2006. Interment was at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Pilley's Island. Pallbearers were Stedman Ryan (Uncle), Randy Fudge, Wycliff Boyd, Jeff Boyd, Dean Whyatt and Peter Fudge.

MISENER, VELETTA MAISIE (FROUDE)
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Veletta Maisie Misener announce her passing on June 26, 2006 at Springdale at the age of 43 years. Veletta was a member of the Lioness. Predeceased by her first husband Lloyd Misener, father, John Froude, and grandparents. Left with fond and loving memories are;Kevin Gillard (spouse) son, Ryan, mother, Bertha Froude, sisters, Pauline Ivany (Peter), Dale Froude, brothers John Froude (Heather), Randolf Froude, good friend Brenda Dicks and a large circle of relatives and friends. Major Gerald Lacey conducted the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Springdale on June 30, 2006. Pallbearers were: Ryan Misener, Dale Froude, Nora Pelley, Doreen Cook, Brenda Dicks, and Michelle Morey.

FROUDE, DAVID
It is with great sadness that the family of the late David Froude announce his passing on June 26, 2006 at Springdale at the age of 30 years. Predeceased by his father, John Froude, May 9, 1994 and grandparents. Left with fond and loving memories are; mother, Bertha Froude, son Mitchell of South Brook, daughter Mandy of South Brook, sisters, Pauline Ivany (Peter), Dale Froude, brothers John Froude (Heather), Randolf Froude, special friend Michelle Morey .David's circle of extended family and friends are too many to name here, but he will be missed by everyone he met during his life. Major Gerald Lacey conducted the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Springdale on June 30, 2006. Pallbearers were: brothers John Froude, Randolph Froude daughter Mandy Froude, Troy Wiseman, Todd Weir and Elizabeth Pereire.
