It is with great sadness that the family of the late Aubrey Thomas Bath, age 70, announce his passing at the St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's, NL on Tuesday, August 3, 2010. Predeceased by his parents - Lewis & Emma bath; siblings - Mary Bath, Edgar Bath, and Ford Bath; parents-in-law - Erwin & Linda Morey; brother-in-law - Sam Murrin. Pallbearers were Christopher Bath, Craig Bath, Colin Bath, Darrell Winsor, Brent Bath & Keith Morey. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Wimbleton's Funeral Home, Baie Verte.

MELINDY, LLOYD & PATRICIA
1938, 1942 - 2010

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lloyd Melindy, age 72, announces his passing together with his wife of 48 years, Patricia, in a tragic car accident near McLean, Saskatchewan on August 4, 2010. Predeceased by parents Earl and Marie Melindy, brothers Gordon and Jack and brother-in-law Wilf Norman. Left with fond and loving memories are daughter Dawn Cobden (Tony) of Ottawa; sons Peri (Karen) of Springdale and Jason (Beth McCarty) of Whitby; brother Fred (Norma) of Valleyfield; sisters Elsie Norman and Juanita Hatcher (Erwin) of Lumsden; sister-in-laws, Dorcas and Marion of Lumsden; grandchildren Anthony and Julia Cobden, Hannah and Ben Melindy and Charlotte, Sydney and Leah Melindy, and a large number of relatives and friends. WELLMAN, REGINALD MALCOLM
1931-2010
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mr. Reginald Malcolm Wellman announces his passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home in Springdale on August 5, 2010 at the age of 78. Reg was a member of the Springdale Pentecostal Church. Reg retired from Mechanics and Heavy Equipment. Predeceased by father, Warrick; mother, Sophie; daughter, Margaret; brother, Jack and sister, Gwenlyn. Left with fond and loving memories is his wife, Nina; sons: Guy (Heather) of Ontario, Rick (Phyllis) of Port Au Port and Perry of Springdale; daughters: Gay (Harold) of St. John's, Fay (Alfred) of Nova Scotia, Sherry (Larry) of Springdale. Also leaving to mourn sister, Neta Vincent, brother-in-law, Chester Batstone, sister-in-law, Nellie Way, 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a large circle of family and friends. Pastor Howard Head conducted the funeral service from the Pentecostal Church in Springdale on August 8, 2010. Interment was at the Springdale Pentecostal cemetery. Pallbearers were Elvis Young, Craig Young, Natasha Card, Scott Wellman, Krystal Domalain and Chester Batstone. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.

BURTON, ROSS HUBERT TUCKER
1937-2010

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mr. Ross Hubert Tucker Burton announces his passing at the Central Newfoundland Hospital in Grand Falls-Windsor on August 6, 2010 at the age of 72. Predeceased by wife Golda; parents Lucy and Levi Burton; 2 sisters and 4 brothers. Left with fond and loving memories is his sons: Ron (Kathy) of Corner Brook. Richard (Debbie) of Shelbourne, N.S., David (Brenda) of Baie Verte; daughters: Ruth-Ann (Clyde Thomas) of King's Point, Avis (Lloyd Fudge) of Brighton and Jackie (Rod Ralph) of Grand Falls-Windsor. Also leaving to mourn 5 sisters; 2 brothers; grandchildren: Laura, Baeley, Zoey, Ryan and Taylor; step-grandchildren: Tracy, Kim, Vikki, John, Joshua, Jennifer and TJ; step-great grandchildren: Jadia and Robert. Rev. Catherine Gutjahr conducted the funeral service from the Central Funeral Homes in Springdale on August 9, 2010. Interment was at the United Cemetery. Pallbearers were son, Ron Burton; son, David Burton; brother, Terry Burton; son-in-law, Lloyd Fudge; son-in-law, Rod Ralph and family friend, Paul Jenkins. Passed peacefully away at Halifax on Friday, August 6, 2010, George St. Onge. He was born on July 18, 1924, in Dalhousie, New Brunswick. - Passed peacefully away after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, August 8th, 2010, at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL., in his 88th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his 4 sons; Melvin (Pauline), Larry (Alva), Wayne (Valda), and Roderick, his grandchildren; Karen (Thane), Michael, Lori (Chris), Kimberly (Shane), Michael, & Samantha, great grandchildren; Robyn, River, Hannah & Zachary, and also a large number of extended family and friends. Dad was predeceased by his wives: Olive (1996), Myrtle (2007), & Lucy (2009), daughter in law; Louise (1996), and grandson; Darren (1996). The family will be receiving family and friends from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, N.L., this evening Monday, August 9th, 2010 from the hours of 7 - 9 pm, & continuing on Tuesday, August 10th, 2010, from the hours of 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, August 11th, 2010, at 2 pm at the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church in Deer Lake, with Pastor Peter Grimes officiating with the burial to follow at the family plot of the church cemetery at Wight's Road, Deer Lake, N.L. The funeral arrangements are entrusted to Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, N.L. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Gideon's or a charity of one choice in Clayton's memory will be graciously appreciated by the family.

WHITE, WALTER PHILIP STEWART
1950-2010

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mr. Walter Philip Stewart White announces his passing at his home in Pilley's Island on August 15, 2010 at the age of 59. Walter was a member of the Salvation Army, Pilley's Island Corps. Predeceased by father, Ernest White and mother, Julie White. Left with fond and loving memories is his brothers: Kevin (Donna) of Pilley's Island, Gary (Tassie) of Pilley's Island, George (Emma) of Mary's Harbour, Labrador, Aurlle (Betty) of Pilley's Island and Francis (Sylvia) of Mary's Harbour, Labrador; sisters: Christine (Leonard) of Triton and Valerie (Michael) of Triton. Also leaving to mourn a large number of nieces and nephews and a large number of friends, especially Wayne Yorke. Capt. Bradley Oxford conducted the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Pilley's Island on Friday, August 29, 2919. Interment was at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Pilley's Island. HANN, TRUDY ISABELLE
1948-2010

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Trudy Isabelle Hann announces her passing at her home in Springdale on August 22, 2010 at the age of 62. Trudy was a life time member of the Kin Association. Predeceased by her parents, Jim & Gwen Bartlett; brother Jim and her daughters, Lisa and Cindy. Left with fond and loving memories is her husband, Joe; son Jason of Edmonton, AB., and daughter Jennifer (Roddy) Colbourne of Tumbler Ridge, BC. Also leaving to mourn grandchildren: Brandon, Cody, Matthew and Jessica; sisters: Doreen, Joan, Linda, Marina and Sharon; brothers: Terry and Robert along with a large number of family and friends. Father Wilfred Calinawan conducted the funeral service from Central Funeral Homes in Springdale on August 25, 2010. Interment was at the Sacred Heart Parish in St. Patrick's. Pallbearers were Norm Dicks, Lester Tizzard, Ron Burroughs, Doreen Ross, Joan Pittman, Marina Burroughs and Dan Hann. STOODLEY, RAYMOND WILFRED
1917-2010

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mr. Raymond Wilfred Stoodley announces his passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home in Springdale on August 28, 2010 at the age of 92. Raymond was a member of the Salvation army at King's Point. Ray retired from logging and farming. Predeceased by his wife Lucy, brothers Walter, Hayward, Watson and sisters Florence, Dorothy, Clara, Myrtle and Sadie. Left with fond and loving memories is his son, Guy Stoodley (Mabel) of Lloydminister, AB., grandsons: Trent Stoodley (Janice) of Humbolt, SK, Keith Stoodley (Lindsey) of Calgary, AB., granddaughter Trina Green (Darren) of Lloydminister, AB; daughter, Juanita Upward (Barry) of King's Point, grandsons, Dion (Laurie) of St. John's, Christen (Robin) of King's Point and Peter (Stephanie) of St. John's. Also leaving to mourn great grandkids, Samantha, Elina, Chase, Claire, Raya, Canyon, Ethan and Emma. It is with great sadness that the family of the late James Walter Albert Perry announce his sudden passing at his private residence at Burlington, NL on Sunday, August 29, 2010. Predeceased by his parents - Walter & Lucy; stepfather - George King; parents-in-law - Archibald & Lillian Newbury; brothers-in-law - Michael Dwyer, Frances Newbury, George Perry, Richard Peddle, Harrison Burrage, Lewis Newbury, and Warrick King. Pallbearers were Dean Bartlett, Rodney Newbury, Paul Bartlett, Alonzo Saunders, Eric Newbury, and Harry Perry. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Wimbleton's Funeral Home, Baie Verte.
