It is with great loss and sadness that the family of Wavey Caines of Bartlett's Harbour announces her passing at Western Regional Hospital Corner Brook on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at the age of 61 years. She leaves to mourn a very loving family; husband Marcell, daughter Karla (Corey); granddaughters, Abigail, Marissa; mother, Eliza Tucker; sisters, Glenda Tucker, Dale Baines; niece Keri (Darrell) and sons, Marcus and Ryan; godson, Keith; brothers-in-law, Dorman (Marie) Caines, Melvin Caines, Pat Mahar; sisters-in-law, Rowena Carnell (Melv), Iona (Moses) Caines, Eudora Tatchell (John), Geraldine (Edmund) Myers, Jeanette Caines, Theresa Caines, Catharine Caines and Emily Caines; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and all her amazing friends and newspaper customers. She is predeceased by her granddaughter baby Caines, father, Clyde Tucker, brother Gilbert Tucker, mother and father-in-law Caroline and Thomas Caines; godson/ nephew Kent Tucker, godson, Mason Baines; brother-in-law John Myers; sisters-in-law, Louise Beaudoin, Evelyn Tatchell and Dorothy Mahar; brothers-in-law: Bryant Caines, Cecil Caines, Clyde Caines, Austin Caines, Sidney Caines; very special friends: Jarvis Cunard, Effie Tucker Samson and Annemarie Tatchell. Visitation was held at Sacred Heart RC Church Bartlett's Harbour on Wednesday 7-9 pm, Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 pm; a funeral service was held on Friday September 14, 2018 at 2:00 pm followed by interment at Bartlett's Harbour cemetery with Father Ricardo Rossi officiating and Rev Jennifer Renouf assisting.
