My guardian, my best friend, the one I love has left me for a while She wiped my face, tucked me in, dried my tears, I was her only child God knew I needed a special person to love me and be a mom Someone to play with, to talk to, and tell me right from wrong.
Everything she ever did for me was a blessing on my part She told me about the Saviour and I accepted him in my heart Always there, she encouraged me and helped me through sunshine and rain She stood by me side and she cried becausse I would never walk again
But I shall see you again my loved one in that mansion in the sky And I will hold your hand and walk with you as I did when I was a boy This old wheelchair I won't need up there, we will stand with the eternal one And until that day I will forever thank God you made me you only son. Love Algermon
