Bankruptcy, 1774

The following persons being Prisoner confined for Debt in the Sheriff's Ward or Prison at Dorchester, do herby give notice they intend to take the Benefit of an Act of Parliament for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors and for the Relief of Bankrupts in certain cases to be holden at Bridport 4 October 1774 included:

Henry ABBOTT, formerly of Carbanear in Newfoundland, late of Corf Mullen in the County of Dorset, Boat-keeper or Mariner.
